How a vehicle purchase should be

We saw an add online for the vehicle I was looking for while I was actually at another dealership trying to make a deal. The description of the vehicle was very close to the one I was trying to purchase but the price was considerably better. I left the dealership that I was at and drove to Smithfield to look at the vehicle they had posted on-line. They were friendly courteous and patient. They made a fair offer on my trade and had a fair price on the vehicle I was looking to buy. No haggling needed, they didn't low-ball on my trade-in and were willing to share any of the numbers I requested pertaining to the deal. My advice is to stay away from the "hype" to the west of Smithfield and have a true good car buying experience.

Merry Christmas to us.

Several years ago we went to Classic Ford in Smithfield with the intent to by a vehicle. We ended up leaving and buying a vehicle somewhere else. Our experience was not good. We decided to try them again and see if things had changed. We were very pleased with our visit. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I would suggest them to my friends and family. Gregory was friendly and very helpful to our questions that we had. I am very pleased with our experience and I love my new vehicle.

Best car buying experience I've ever had

My experience working with Mt. Edmond was exceptional. He did more than enough to see that I was satisfied and happy. His caring concern for his customers is worthy of praise. Great team to work with

We special ordered a new 2015 Mustang months ago. Yolanda and Cassandra kept us updated and were always helpful when we had a question about the process. When we went out to visit and finally meet the team in person, Salethea joined in on our experience. I think they were as excited as we were to finally receive the car. We don't want to forget Jennifer either; we had financing pre-approved through our credit union and she was able to get us an even better rate! A great dealer and family experience. Thanks to Stan for an awesome team! We will definitely go back!

Awesome F 150 King Ranch

My wife and I usually buy our vehicles at Capital Ford in Raleigh. We decided we would stop in at Classic Ford and check out an F 150 King Ranch that we had seen on the Internet. Salethea Baber and all the staff made us feel like one of the Classic Ford family. Every person we talk to was very nice. If the service department is as good as the sales department and finance department I know we have made the right choice by moving our business to Classic Ford. I would recommend anybody to try Classic Ford for their next purchase.

Jamil and the entire staff made an awesome impression

Salethea was a pleasure to work with, Jamil did awesome job getting me into a 2014 F150 FX4. I will certainly visit them again when its time to purchase another FORD..

Salethea was EXCELLENT

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus. I have been dealing with Classic Ford for a long time, but this was the best experience that I ever had. Thanks to Salethea Baber this was The Best car buying experience that I EVER had!!!!!

They work hard to make it right!

My 2015 Escape had to be brought in from another dealer because Classic Ford in Smithfield did not have another S-series on their lot. Wouldn't you know, before Classic could go and pick up my car, the other dealer sold it to someone else! The folks at Classic worked diligently to find another Escape like the one I originally chose. It took an extra day, but it was worth the wait. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied too. This is my 2nd purchase from Classic Ford. I will definitely return when I decide to trade again.

Outstanding Sales Representative

Austin Sneed was our sales representative. We requested Austin after having worked with him before. He was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us so we understood what we were doing. He is an outstanding member of the sales team. We will definitely be back to work with Austin again.
