Classic Ford

My husband and I recently married (1/3/15) and he easily convinced me that I should have a new car! We contacted a business associate at Classic Ford Sales, Inc. who connected us with Stewart "Dean" Ervin, sales consultant, thus beginning our extremely informative experience, one that neither one of us had ever had the pleasure to actually witness!! "Dean" went over the mechanics of the 2014 brand new Ford Edge including under the hood, under the roof and the exterior components of this exquisite automobile! As I left the dealership parking lot in my new car, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease with driving it to its new home!! Having this great purchase experience with Stewart "Dean" Ervin will surely be broadcasted to my friends and neighbors as they comment, "What a beautiful car, where in the world did you get it?!" Thank you Dean! You have made my new husband very happy because I am happy!

During car shopping for a replacement vehicle I stopped in at Classic Ford , what I was shopping for was to fit my specific needs but not a specific model . My requirements were listened to carefully and price range respected ( most dealers I've worked with tend to try to bump up spending limits , not here ) after looking at many different vehicle's and considering my likes and dislikes Sidney showed me a vehicle which would fit , fuel economy was an issue , at this point we had been outside for quite a long time in unusually cold weather . He consulted with his supervisor about any other vehicles available to meet my requirements , which they did have one not fully detailed but already serviced and actually lower in price , higher in miles but a perfect match . Between Sidney and his supervisor and final billing it was a comfortable experience and I will be back again for the next one that's already planned due to the extra effort to take care of me without being pushed into something I didn't want or an attempt to make me stretch my budget just for the sale . All staff was very friendly & helpful, made us feel like they really appreciated our business. Great customer service answered all questions about the truck. Was very knowledgeable about the features & warrenty, explained very thing in detail. Was not pushy with the sale, give us plenty of time to discuss it through. Was willing to work with us on what we could & wanted to do on down payment, monthly payments, trade in verses no trade in, interest rate & months financed for. Was very pleased & would buy another vehicle from them again & would recommend anyone to go by & let them help you with your next vehicle. Great dealership in a small town with big town selection without having to go to a big town. Nice to keep local money in the small town.

I had a very good experience with my salesman Sidney and the team at classic ford. They were professional quick to respond and easy to deal with. I went in never having been there before and walked out with a great deal and new truck in just a few hours. Can't say enough about the great sales team at Classic Ford in Smithfield. We went in yesterday to look for a new vehicle with great gas mileage. Lewis Allen spent lots of time showing us different options and spent even more time walking us through the amazing array of features on the 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid that we ended up selecting. We couldn't be happier with the service he provided. We also enjoyed reconnecting with the sales manager, Jamil Stanton, who helped structure the financing in a way that satisfied our needs and our budget. Many thanks to him, to Lewis, and several others that helped to make the experience successful and enjoyable.

From there beginning I was greeted with a warm smile and someone that was genuinely looking to find a car that fit our needs. The staff was professional and courteous.
