My experience with classic ford was a great one , managers as well as salespersons were really fantastic and professional. Financing the vehicles was also a welcoming adventure as well , was treated as part of the family . We had the most wonderful experience at Classic Ford in Smithfield, NC. Our salesperson, Jackie Dickens was more than outstanding. We were "just looking" at the Ford Edge and ended up purchasing one!! Jackie is so knowledgeable and awesome to work with. We also worked with Jameil Stanton who was also a pleasure to work with and I do say "work" but we were able to reach an agreement and purchase the car. Jennifer Hedgepeth in the Finance Dept is very committed to her position and was able to explain the process of financing and extended warranties. All in all, we had a wonderful day and love our new car. This dealership is very customer friendly and we felt "right at home".

I went to Classic Ford looking for a used 2014 F150. We were met by Salethea Baber. She said that Classic didn't have any used 2014 F150s but she said they may be able to help me get a new F150. We talked, and I told Salethea exactly what I wanted. I even gave her some print-outs I had looked up on the internet. She went to talk to her manager to see what they could do. She came back and said she had to get something out side, and would be right back. She drove up one of the most beautiful F150 I had seen. She came and asked myself and my wife to go outside with her. The truck has everthing I wanted, plus a whole lot I never thought of. She told me that she can get me in this truck and if I was interested. Anyway she and the manager got us qualified to buy this fantastic truck. And just a little more than the payments I told her I could do.. She got me into a vehicle nicer than I have ever. in my entire life ever had. I am more than happy.

I bought a 2012 Mazda Mazda3 from Classic Ford this weekend and it was actually a very painless process. Buying my first car, I was a little overwhelmed and nervous for the whole experience. I visited several dealerships before going to Classic Ford, and none of them even came close in terms of customer service. I felt welcomed from the second I stepped inside and I was walked through every step. I worked with Lewis Allen, who was the friendliest man I've ever met! Such a sweet guy, and he's been in the business over 30 years. He answered every question I had and he even put a new battery in my car before I drove it off the lot. The process was very quick and easy. They did all that they could to make sure I ended up with a price I felt comfortable with- and I had very specific conditions! I would recommend Classic Ford to anybody looking for a used car.
