Had my 2021 F150's first service today. Was very pleased with the experience. Check in time was minimal and the service was completed quickly. Service rep was courteous and professional.

Dropped my 1996 Explorer on Sunday night, check engine
Dropped my 1996 Explorer on Sunday night, check engine light was on. Classic called me on Tuesday, saying they were a bit busy, would get me on the schedule as soon as possible. I went to Classic on Friday to check the on vehicle. Service manager shows me a pile of service orders, mine is near the middle, Told me it should be repaired soon. I went back on Tuesday, clerk checks on car, service order is still near the middle. They will get to it as soon as possible. I went back on Friday, the service manager said he would check on my car, seems my car is still in the middle of the pile, he says he will put it on top so the next mechanic would pick it up. I went back to Classic Ford on Wednesday, asked the clerk how my car was doing, she could not find it in the completed file so she went to the stack of work orders. Amazing, my car was back on the next to the bottom half of the stack. I asked for my keys and took my car and left. I only recommend Classic Ford to my enemies.

While traveling down to the Flowertown festival in SC my
While traveling down to the Flowertown festival in SC my truck blew a hose. This dealership stepped up, provided unbelievably fast service and had me back on the road in time to get my stand set up before the storms kicked in. The service manager stepped in and personally saw to my repair. I have never been this impressed with an automobile service department but these guys went above and beyond. Thanks Classic service!!
