Huge shoutout to Trevor and Amy at Mooresville Ford!! I ordered my 2022 Ford Bronco from Mooresville Ford and it was an OUTSTANDING experience. I?ll spare the details, but I started my order at a different dealership all together. Things went bad right after the order was placed. It was a full week of worrying that I had made a huge mistake and wondering if I could get my $1000 down payment back. After talking with Trevor at Mooresville Ford about my situation he brought me to meet Amy, their Bronco specialist. They walked me through everything! They told me what options to add or leave off in order to get my truck sooner. They even gave me advice on how to go into the other dealership and get my money back. I paid what they said I would pay and their communication was nothing short of spectacular. I have every intention of sending all my friends and family to Mooresville Ford. Fabulous Car Buying Experience!
Just purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco from Mooresville Ford and had an exceptional car buying experience. Waited a long time due to delays in manufacturing and Amy and Scott kept us updated throughout the process. Their communication and customer service were on point. We have in the pass purchased vehicles at Mooresville Ford. so we always knew the quality of customer service that you receive. We dealt with a gentlemen who was recommend by another happy Ford owner. His name is Larry Creek, He showed us round, we liked a certain vehicle , Came back next day made a deal. His personality and friendly attitude like we knew him long time. Explained everything in the vehicle , went for a ride, to test the car out. Today we stopped by Mooresville Ford, seem to be having problems learning he navigation system . So went right to service area. Friendly lady came out went over it with us. Hope it stays thank you Again; All employees of Mooresville Ford. !!! It was nice to see Jeff Shoo Also!!!
