Just OK large turnover in staff. Waiting area could use some attention We have a long history of service and buying from this dealer.

Gina Balas was very helpful. She took care of making appointment and communicating with me. That was very important to me as I was on the way to an Alaskan cruise anti is a 4 hour time difference with very spotty internet service. Thanks for her help.

I've had issues with my car's audio connection with my phone since I bought it, over 60,000 miles ago. They don't seem to be interested in solving the problem.

Very pleased with initial communication, diagnosis and description of fix/parts. Communication fell off then as to when repair would be complete and when vehicle could be picked up. A text message regarding timing wasn't returned. I had to call a couple times to arrange final pick up. They did arrange a courtesy car to permit pick up when our other vehicle wasn't available.

Convenient to our home and John and Mike were very professional and prompt with us.

Works well with the customers, delivered as expected, answers questions, explained and available several times for questions
