The upgrade was performed in a reasonable amount of time. I had responded yes to whether I wanted the car washed. I was there for 50 minutes after the upgrade was finished. After some time, I asked what was taking so long for a car wash and was advised that I could wait by the door for my car to be brought around as it was being dried. After waiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes after that conversation, I asked again what was taking so long and found out my car was finished and had been parked. I should not have had to wait that long after the service was finished and would have turned down the car wash if I had known it would add almost an extra hour to my wait time. Communication was good up until the car wash.

Another pleasant visit to my favorite dealership. I went for oil change and tire rotation and they pointed out some upcoming service they could do just a little early since I was there. Squeezed the extra work in. I left happy.

Said I was offered services and refused. I didn't want the inspection, was given. Now it says I refused recommended services and if something goes wrong it will show as my fault for not accepting the recommendation. Not happy! Came in for software update that said it would take 20 minutes. Advised it would take 1-1 1/2 hours.

Staff is friendly and helpful. My appointment was going to take longer than expected due to an added recall, l was offered a loaner so l wouldn't have to sit for 2+ hrs. They always follow up to see if you have questions regarding the service.
