No receptionist or greeter.
No receptionist or greeter. All calls go to call center, no one to assist you but and empty desk when you walk in. When you finally get help they are in no rush at all took over 3 hours to value my trade and get numbers. Manager Chris was sneaky and flat out a liar. Agreed to my offer said he would send revised numbers in the AM then backed out. Also asked for 1000$ non refundable deposit! His own sister store told me that’s illegal in NY? And I should report him to the owner!

PS the call center here is horrible I wasted 30 mins with them trying to return Chris’s call. They kept telling me there is no manager Chris at their Kia location. Very stressful and scripted responses would not connect me to the sales dept at Kia in general and kept transferring me to another BDC agent or hanging up on me. Seems like they are short on help and managed terribly without updated info, even Chris said this has happened before. Keep in mind no matter which Healey location you try to call at their listed location, all calls go to this call center and they have no idea which store your are calling and usually have outdated and incorrect info and will not speak to you normal, it’s all scripted responses! Also, keep in mind they are marking up all their cars 2000 and they do not mention this and half of the cars don’t have a sticker on them saying they’re marked up $2000. The two cars I test drove did not have a sticker on there saying they were marked up $2000.
Horrible sales experience.
Horrible sales experience. Seen a car I liked online and contacted them about. Scheduled a test drive for that car. Got a confirmation call 5 hours before test ride. Got to dealership for my appointment and they sold the car! Tried to sway the blame on me stating they were under the impression I just wanted to test drive any vehicle. Not the one I spoke to them 3 times about. Some nerve. Will never go back and highly do not recommend whatsoever

Great place to buy a car. Sale personal C.J was very helpful with the info we were looking for. And the price was very negotiable. The Manager had sold me a car at the palace he use to be a sale personal, and he remembered me from 3 years ago.

Great Experience
I was interested in a particular car at Healey Kia and was greeted by Krissy Sciascia. Working with her was the most comfortable experience I had. There was no pushiness, she answered all my questions and made the process to obtain the car seamless. I recommend anyone looking for a car at this dealership ask for Krissy. She treats her customers like family.
