During detail, someone damaged top of jeep causing top to

During detail, someone damaged top of jeep causing top to have to be repainted. Large spot of paint through top coat was gone. When arrived to get vechile after painting, no one could find it or the keys. When we picked up vechile, tire light was on and sensor had to be replaced. No previous issue with tires the only week I had it previously. Radio antenna was missing. Husband found it hooked under wipers as we were headed home. Wouldnt even fill up gas for the mess they caused. We live more than 1 1/2 hrs from dealorship. Worst car buying experience ever. Still have not received activation for LoJack services. Lojack states dealor hasnt processed the sale. Financing was not correct. Overcharged by $1000. Ended up having to redo paperwork next day after confronting finance officer. They held my tag. Had to talk to DMV. Found out they had tag since Feb 5th. Advised that we were reporting to license and theft and my tag appeared suddenly. Horrible experiences. This dealership overall is crooked and needs to be shut down. Everything was horrible! Dealership needs to be shut down.

Please note that these issues were ongoing after your new management had taken over. So that is not a solution or a fix to any of the recent issues. I hope that you can work to fix ALL of your issues within the dealership. It seems that one person in particular is ripping people off by adding hidden costs during financing. Your only asset at the entire place is James, the knowledgable and personable salesman. This has been the worst car buying experience ever!

Attempted to raise the price of the vehicle $1496 dollars

Attempted to raise the price of the vehicle $1496 dollars plus $800 administrative fees. They dropped the price of the vehicle on Cars.com, but wouldn't honor that price when I contacted them a second time. The salesman (Tim) was very pushy and abrasive. Not customer friendly at all, I ended up buying a different vehicle at another dealership and actually paid a bit more because the dealership treated us better
