From the moment we walked in Hugo was awesome. He had a very welcoming personality which helped knock off some anxiety we had. He was not pushy or trying to "get a quick sell". He was very intentive on what our wants and needs were and listened when we said things we did not want. He made suggestions on what type of vehicle to look at that played well with our busy big sports family. Hugo is very knowledgeable with not just the different vehicles but with the company itself. I highly recommended Hugo for any needs that you may have when purchasing a new addition to your family.
