We are a older couple 59 & 60, we found our beautiful Chrysler Pacifica on line at Keffer Chrysler in Charlotte NC, our sales person Johnny Watkins got probably 90% of the the deal done over the phone and was quick to get back with us on every question we had, but the amazing thing was how this young man climbed in the back seat and walked us through all the high tech stuff on the van patiently, anybody knows that can be a tough job with older folks. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours and Johnny Watkins has called us several times to ask how we were enjoying our new van and if we had any questions. The dealership was beautiful, the finance guy was great, we love the van and Johnny Watkins was absolutely the best, most laid back polite and professional sakes person I’ve ever met and I was in sakes nearly 40 years!

This was the easiest dealership experience I have ever had because of how Keffer Ram worked with us. I was in and out really quick. Everyone at the dealership was efficient every step of the way. They helped find a vehicle and price that worked for my financial situation but were not pushy or pressuring. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, listened to my needs, and did their best to be as accommodating as possible. Ask for Jessica Lowery in sales, she is the best! She is amazing and made the process really smooth. She went above and beyond for us as customers and tried to help as much as possible to make something work for our budget. Easily the best salesman I've worked with at a dealership her service was excellent and really made the experience excellent. Our F&I guy Freddy Soulasinh was awesome to work with as well. He had all the paperwork ready to go and made it a very quick and painless process to sign and go over all the paperwork. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! I would absolutely recommend Keffer Ram to a friend or colleague because of their competive prices, well kept showroom, and especially, the service from the sales associate, sales manager, and F&I manager

After waiting 2 1/2 months to get my car back from their collision center for minor work, detailing after my new car was stolen I pick it to find the car dirty, inside still smells and I get half a mile down the road to have a tire sensor come on. Upon getting back to work all tires were running at 27# of pressure. If you have to deal with this company, don’t allow insurance to pay up front. Go somewhere else.

This dealership is my new Dodge dealer. And I live in Atlanta! That’s mostly because of the service from their operations manager, Steve Mason. I had the amazing experience buying a car from this place. I feel like they cared about my car-buying experience and it had the “VIP” treatment thanks to Mr. Mason. The car I purchased was a brand new widebody scatpack Challenger and with the service I received, I feel like I was buying an exotic car. I will be returning soon!

Brought car in 2012. Get all IF ANY work done here. Robert Bruce in Service has been my go to person since day one! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his kindness and communication. Although I never see the men working on car I absolutely appreciate you and your expertise! Everyone in the service and parts department are very welcoming. The sales department needs to take notes. I sat in that area and counted 6 salesmen and saleswomen looked at me and didn't part their mouth except for Will Hailey James Mitchell The General.. Johnny and Patrick. THANK YOU! Zach Cuthberson our salesman was great helped us get the Jeep we wanted and at a good price. Keffer Jeep/ Dodge treated us very well and this new addition was the 5th purchased our family made at Keffer. Also the detailing department did a great job having our Jeep ready for delivery.
