Totally recommended and for better service ask for

My salesman was Robert!! He’s was super friendly and an amazing helper!! Definitely recommend especially him!! He will always take care of what you need and want! He has amazing energy and is always making sure that as a customer you are satisfied and pleased.

I enjoy my vehicle. Trying to schedule service is awful. Make an appointment but drive ups with no apppintment makes your appointment disregarded. Time to look for a new dealer

Keffer Jeep….the best

This was the 4th vehicle we purchased from Keffer, 2 Grand Cherokees and 2 Ram 1500s. The dealership experience was a wonderful and our salesperson, Patrick, was awesome. It was the 3rd vehicle we bought from him. Cant wait till #5….maybe a Challenger next time.

Customer Service Survey

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was warmly greeted by Andrew. Showed my a couple of features on my car got I had been looking for. Got me in & out quickly I was on a time schedule!

I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU from Keffer...

I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU from Keffer and after a few months had scheduled a bunch of work to be done on it (lift, tires, rims). When I went to pick up my Jeep I noted damage to one of the rims which the dealer said they would be fixing... two weeks went by and I hadn't heard from the dealer so I called and they said it was already finished. I swung by to pick up my damaged rim only to find the damage was still visible and additional damage had been caused. I told the service rep that there was still damage and I was told "I cant really see it but maybe its because I'm colorblind" so I left the dealership and submitted a complaint with BBB to request a refund to replace the damaged rim. The Keffer representative that answered was more confrontational than helpful and refused to resolve the issue through the BBB. Now I'm left with a damaged rim and a poor customer service experience.

Trust your gut

Attempted to make a deal through text and email. They kept talking in circles and were consistently vague with the numbers. I got a bad feeling from the salesman, like he was trying to bully me into a bad deal. I won’t be contacting them again.

Great service

I went for my recall on a different day than my appointment day by mistake. They still helped me to update all the required software on my vehicle. That helped me to avoid one trip.
