Avoid these guys like the plague! They will show you...

Avoid these guys like the plague! They will show you several prices online; the MSRP, their supposed discount, and even something they called a “locked price!” When you go there to view the vehicle and close the deal, they start from scratch, in our case, $10,000+ over the locked price!? Another thing that they don’t tell you about is the ridiculous dealer add-ons at almost $2,000 that are NON-negotiable!? So, if you think you got a good deal, just wait, they have THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in additional fees. Lastly, they employ the old-school sales technique where the salesperson, who BTW ours knew very little about their products and was far from polite or professional? The salesperson leaves you sitting there to speak to a manager and returns. This can occur multiple times, even though you already showed them the printout of their own “locked price” offer from their website!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Thankfully, we walked out, as this wasn’t our first rodeo/new car purchase, and ended up buying an even nicer vehicle within 2-hours of leaving this dealership. The other dealer did NOT add on THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in dealer benefit ONLY FEES! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I would give it NO stars if I could... I was sold a 2020...

I would give it NO stars if I could... I was sold a 2020 Dodge Journey Crossroads and I was told it has Apple Carplay, it did not. The front end had a gap between the front driver side headlight and bumper, the resolution on the backup camera was to be replaced with a camera with better resolution, and the car would not start on day 2 after buying after claiming it was the battery. Dodge roadside assistance was a joke and would have had me waiting 5.5 hours after I called because the car wouldn't start. They offer to trade my new car in for a more expensive model trying to get more money out of me and they don't allow you to return a car after you signed and drove it off the lot. After all this, they kept my car to be "repaired & fixed" for a week and some days to have only replaced the battery. Beware, they don't follow through on their promises and will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale. This was the 2nd and last vehicle I will ever purchase from a Keffer Dealership. Please take your business to anyone else but them, they won't take care of you.

Esta gente es la peor gente para compra un carro ojo son unos memtirosos y tramposo no tienen etica no tienen transparencia sus empleados estan entrenados para enganar la gente y legar mente robarte tu dinero y un dia te dan una cara te prometen una cosas y despues que compras y firmastes te llebo el diablo no te cumplen no tienen palabra ojo no den un trade-in vas a terminar pagando tu antiguo prestamo y el nuevo que tienen se tardan para pagar tu deuda con tu propio dinero para asi ganar mas robarte legar mente Cyndy Morales no tiene etica el primer dia te da una cara y un professionalismo unico Al otrodia cuando vas a reclamar lo que te toca se comporta con cero clase y sin education para.ella no Eres nada Al igual que el vendedor juegan Contigo asta que te agaran de bobo y terminar enganñadote no los recomiendo esta gente no tienen transparencia mi experiencia con concord nissan hace 2 años fue honesty y trasparente te ayudan esta gente de keffer chrysler jeep dodge ram te estafan nunca te contestan el telefono son una porqueria de gente.

Great Service

Just came in to get our service done on our Jeep without an appointment. Frank was able to get us in and out fairly quickly.. much faster then another dealership in the area.

Bait and switch

This dealer continues to advertise a vehicle for a MUCH different price than they are actually asking, over $20,000 more than they have it listed! SHADY, buyers beware.
