Great experience with Keffer Jeep and Brandon Melendez

Brandon had great knowledge of the Wrangler models and with a no pressure sales approach. I bought a 2019 Rubicon and so far we are very happy. Would definitely buy from Keffer and Brandon again.

Leslie Cooper is awesome!

Leslie is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend anyone to go to keffer and ask for her! She will work with you to get the best situation and keep You posted all along the way. You won't be disappointed!

Keffer jeep and Leslie Cooper...unstoppable!

I bought a jeep grand Cherokee in 2018 and love it. I would never have bought it, though, if it had not been for Leslie Cooper. She made it effortless and provided such a good experience that I would recommend her and keffer to anyone interested in a Chrysler/Jeep product. Today my visit was service related, and Leslie was still willing to assist. Between her and Brandon in service everything was handled.

Terrible after Sales service

I purchased a New 2019 Jeep Sahara from Keffer on 1-30-19-, received a great price,but also received absolutely terrible after sales service/communication. My Jeep did not come with an owners manual, not a big deal and i was promised by my sales rep that he would send me the owners manual, as of today, still no manual- How hard can it be to mail the owners manual, pretty hard for Keffer! The day after i picked up the Jeep, i contacted my sales rep and also the sales manager i delt with at Keffer about the possibility of up-grading to a Jeep Rubicon. I knew my payments would increase because the Rubicon is a more expensive Jeep and i was fine with that and i thought Keffer would be pleased with this as well, since they would be selling a more expensive Jeep- Guess how many phone calls, text messages, emails i received back from my inquiry- not one! I even reached out via email to the finance sales manager whom i signed all the paperwork on the Jeep with, three differnt emails and i did not receive any type of communication back not even a quick phone call or email! Bottom line ,Keffer as a company should have had the common courtesy to at least return my messages, even to just tell me that they could not upgrade me to the more expensive Jeep for whatever reason ,but at least communicate back to me not hide from me.

"High quality customer service and financing"

I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I couldn't have been more happy that I did. Frank Camarda, my sales advisor, was very personable, knowledgeable, and had a sharp attention to detail when it came to matching the vehicle to my needs, Frank Camarda & the finance department did a great job helping secure a reasonable loan and suggesting options that would help me save money over time. Once everything was agreed upon it took few minutes to sign and be on my way. Thanks for the great experience!

Perfect

Today I bought a jeep compass I was very skeptical about weather I could qualify for a loan but Brandon and his crew suprised me when they went out of there way to make it affordable for me. This 2016 jeep compass is the nicest vehicle I've had by 18 years. I feel extremely accomplished and I can honestly say that it was the team that made it happen and i am very grateful for there efforts

Looking for the limited Ram

Excellent experience. Came from 70 miles away and didn’t regret one mile of it. The people there really show how big dealerships can still keep the small family dealership feel. My salesperson was Leslie Cooper and if anyone needs/wants a vehicle that’s where you need to start. And more than likely finish with your new vehicle.

Sales the right way

I came from 70 miles away and from the first call I could tell these were people I could trust and appreciate. Leslie Cooper was my salesperson but was more like a friend that was trying to help me with my purchase. She is very knowledgeable about the products was pleasure to work with. I have told numerous people I work with about Keefer and they complain about the drive. I tell them it’s definitely worth the drive.

Brandon Melendez

I bought a Jeep Renegade. My first time every buying a Dodge. My salesman was Brandon Melendez. What a wonderful person he is.. very understanding, helpful and every way possible. He was very helpful, He made sure to explain every detail about the how things worked in the Jeep, Worked very hard to fine me the right one, that actually fit my needs and my price range.. I could not express how much that means to me, I really don't like going to car dealerships as some of the salesmen are very pushy and not willing to help at all. He even did the test drive for me, because I can't stand getting out in all that traffic on Independence Blvd. All of the sales people there are Keffer are very nice.. My son was with me and he ending up buying a truck, from another salesman, while Brandon helped me..I differently will go back to Keffer, as long as Brandon is there . Thank you again Brandon for all your help Candy PS I really like my Jeep..
