Happy with the car, service is horrible

Horrible experience purchasing a used car here. Customer service after the sale does not exist. You don't matter once the sale is final. Do your homework. I would not recommend this place or my salesman to anyone. Phone calls goes unanswered and text takes weeks for replies.

Very satisfacory

Brandon did a great job of helping my find the perfect Challenger for me. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicle, and made the purchase of the vehicle a very enjoyable experience.

Safety recalls should go elsewhere.

I had an appointment for a safety recall, passenger air bag, to be replaced at 8:30 this morning. At the end of the day, my Jeep had not been touched and I was never told otherwise until I finally contacted them. They had my vehicle the entire day and all they wanted me to do is reschedule. I will not be back. I was inconvenienced, lost money, lost time, and I still have to get my recall completed . I'm I missing something?

Best Car Salesman I’ve worked with

This is the second car I’ve purchased with General and I would recommend him anyone interested in a Chrysler, Ram, Jeep, or Dodge. He was always working to accommodate my needs to make sure I got everything I wanted at the price I could afford.

Worst customer service ever

We found a used car on carguru that we were interested in at this dealership. We live 2 1/2 hours away. We called to make sure it was still there on Saturday. Talked to Justin. He said it was there and he would call us if it sold before we got there the next day. We had a "VIP" appt for when they opened at 1 pm on Sunday. When we got there, three people were sitting in the glass office just behind the reception desk. We stood there for approx 10 minutes with them ignoring us. They knew we were standing there but chose to not acknowledge us at all. General Washington Jr., a saleman, finally came to ask if he could help. Talked him which car we were there to see. He went to try to find the car. He said he was afraid it might be gone. After 30 minutes he and a manager came to tell us the car was gone. We got the impression the car wasn't even available the day before.

Comfort of my home

I was on the hunt for a new car for a while and one day I decided today was the day!! I was sick for three days and was internet searching cars and came across Keffer, I was dealing with a couple other dealerships when Frank was SUPER helpful and consistent and persistent in a good way and helped me for hours with all my silly and bombarding questions he answered them all. I am not an easy customer with credit and what I was coming in with on this deal but he made everything Happen for me and it was super easy and simple and I never even have to leave my house until the next day to pick up my car! It was awesome and Frank was awesome!

Purchased new Caravan

Mike Benjamin and the dealership worked hard to get us the deal we needed. We were wanting to trade in 2 leased Subarus for a Caravan. It did take a little time, be we finally got the deal we needed. Keffer Dodge -Charlotte NC - amazing dealership experience!

Just finished leasing a 2019 Challenger Hellcat. I lease cars very frequently and I’ve leased BMW, Mercedes, Jags, and now a Hellcat so I’m quite familiar with the typical process. I emailed over 2 dozen dealers within about 500 miles of NC, as I was shopping for a hellcat lease. After many emails, texts, phone calls, and quotes, what I can say is even though I would of driven 500 miles for the best deal, I didn’t need to even leave my own backyard. Let me be completely honest - Keffer Dodge by far will give you the best deal your going to get. Do your homework and research so you will know for yourself just how good the deal is. Sales associate Lorie Cornelius and Sales Manager Mike Fernandez were really amazing, straight forward and got a deal done quick. The lease paperwork which can normally take hours was really quick too as the finance department was top notch with no bull. This is the third lease I have done from these guys, and their will be more. There are a lot of Dodge dealers out there that give you the normal runaround or will only give you a quote if you “come in” , but Lorie provided me with all the info I needed all via email , then I came in and 15 minutes later the deal was done. No back and forth, no bogus quotes, just the best deal out there - and again I am talking dozens of dealers and quotes. Just see Keffer last, ask for Lorie, tell her your honest research, and she will get the job done - fast, fun, and way cheaper than your going to get elsewhere!
