Excellent Customer Service

I recently purchased a 2014 2-door Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Lorie Cornelius was my salesperson. Lorie was patient in understanding what I was looking for in a vehicle. Mike Turner, General Manager, came over to assist. Mike had a super attitude. Both Lorie and Mike made me feel so welcomed. They took the time to teach me things about the jeep. And, as a first time jeep owner; that meant a lot. I would certainly recommend this dealership and dealership team.

Kim Erickson was GREAT!!!

Kim Erickson was so helpful through the entire purchasing process! I honestly cannot believe how smooth every went and how easy the transaction was. She made me feel super comfortable and did not rush me at all (which is not normal at a dealership). No one bombarded me with crap I didn't want or need and I never felt "pushed" to purchase anything. Kim was there to answer questions and she was just fantastic! I would definitely recommend her AND the dealership.

Almost blew my engine

I brought my car in for a "speedy" oil change. I left my car went and had breakfast and when we returned , me and my two toddlers got in the car to leave. On the way out of the dealership I saw my check engine light on (was not on before I dropped it off). As I was turning around my dashboard started to light up with other warnings. By the time I was pulling back into the service center I had black smoke coming from my engine and everyone saying "turn it off". A technician didn't put on the cap right or something after having a routine oil change done so I had oil all over my engine. I had to leave the car , again, and come back later to get it after they cleaned it up. If I had left and drove farther away , I would have been stuck on the side of the road with 2 two year olds.

Minimal communication and still need to go back a 2nd time

I unfortunately had a flat tire occur on my drive home from work. I had my car towed to the dealership to have the tire repaired. I called them first thing the next morning to see if they had any in stock and they had one. I had an appointment for the following week already scheduled for recall issues. They confirmed they had a tire in stock and I asked them if they could include the other issues w/ this appointment since it was so early in the day and they would have my car but that the tire was the main item to complete that day and if they couldn't get to the other things that was not a problem since I still had the appointment the following week. By 4pm I had received zero communication other then the automated text telling me my service representative. I sent a text back to that line looking for an update. 443pm I was told that they were just getting the car to be looked at that point- this was on a Friday. I sent a text Saturday 1046am to ask for an update- no response. I called early Saturday afternoon to connect to my service rep and was told that the car still was not ready and they needed more time even though they had over 24 hrs with it. I said I needed it for work and they offered to have a rental provided to me but I had not time to get it on Saturday. I picked it up on Sunday through the dealership itself since the service dept was closed. I had zero communication on my car up through Tuesday when I was told it was ready. I brought the rental back (also informed them that I had a meeting coming up so I needed to get in and out quick)and got into the car only to see that one of the tires that was not the flat was not equal in tire pressure. I got back out and let them know to correct it , since they have nitrogen and I cant fill it w/ air on my own time. They took it back to adjust the tires and brought it back- said the typical statement of I need to drive a bit and the dash will not say I still need air in the tires. I had not time to go back and forth as I was already going to be late for my meeting. Needless to say it is still off a day later so now I need to revisit them again. FYI - they have told me and my husband on prior times that the tires will equal out- do not listen, press them to correct the air pressure , otherwise you will need to revisit them again and again as this is not the first time we have had a similar issue w/ them

Love dealing with Willie Hailey at Keffer

We have made multiple purchases from Keffer and the main reason is Willie Hailey. He could not be easier to work with and makes the process a relaxed one! We highly recommend you going by and working with him. You will not regret it and likely become repeat customers like us!

LORIE CORNELIUS IS AMAZING!!!!!

This was our first experience with Keffer Jeep but will certainly not be our last!! Lorie Cornelius was very patient, extremely eager to help, found the answer to every question we had and made my daughter EXTREMELY HAPPY with her first Jeep!!

A dream come true..

I have to give it to Joey Maus for running a fine establishment. Never in my life have I ever been so impressed with the group effort of a sales team in getting a job well done. Best Purchase Ever

Jay Johnson helped me buy the Jeep of my dreams. I was there to buy a Jeep for my wife and fell in love with their showroom Jeep. Jay Johnson is super knowledgeable and informative and applies no pressure. He loves his job and would rather lose a sale then sell you something you wont be happy with. We left with 2 Jeeps that day and my wife and I love them - and Jay's service!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Kim is a great sales rep and just an overall good genuine person. She is very determined. She tried and tried everything in her duty to get me a vehicle. Very good experience. Very satisfied and happy. She gave me tips and sold me a wonderful vehicle. I would also like to thank Andy he was wonderful. He also played a part and worked his magic to get me approved.
