2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Brandon was great. I've purchased several cars from Keffer Jeep and my car buying experience has always been great! Brandon is very professional and very informative. Wife needed a new baby and Kim hit it out of the ballpark!!!

My wife and I were looking at a new midsize SUV. We had the Grand Cherokee in mind. We especially were looking at a Trailhawk. My wife and I were met at the door by Kim. She answered all the questions we had about the GC's. We drove a Trailhawk with the Hemi. My wife is a easy going kind of driver. She wanted the V6 match her driving style. My wife wanted it in the granite crystal metallic. The only one in a V6 was still wrapped in plastic and had not been prepped. Kim had the wonderful staff at Keffer Jeep get it detailed and full of gas before we even finished signing all the paperwork. She made the entire experience a wonderful easy going process. 2018 new Jeep Wrangler JL

Kim was wonderful. I ordered directly from Jeep and she was diligent in checking on the status. Very professional to deal with her and she is a blast. Sent me daily updates on my build status and paperwork was a breeze with her. Highly recommend her and the Keffer team. Norman helped me add rims, tires and lift to complete the look I was trying to get. Kudos to Norman and Kim as they only added to my experience.

Kim @ Keffer Jeep

Kim was a joy to work with on my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Very professional and she checked the status of my order daily and keep me in the loop. I had never ordered car straight from Jeep and she explained everything. Terrific personal touch and would recommend her to all !!!!

Brandon Melendez

Brandon provided an excellent buying experience for my daughter and I purchasing her first new car. He was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the new Jeep Compass. The winter experience was enjoyable, also think Jered Jones was a pleasure as well. Brandon spent a lot of time before and after the purchase to make sure that all the features of the car were clearly understood by my daughter. He also made it very clear that I’d she had any questions please call him or come in any time for a refresher. I feel that she is in good hands for the years to come and would recommend Keffer to anyone. Great job Brandon and much appreciated.

Big mistake

I got a new Wrangler at the end of March. I really wanted leather in the jeep and they said they would throw it in for free! I asked if this would be factory leather and they said yes. Well that is not the case, they send it out to some local shop(auto toys i think). So when it comes back the leather is NOT factory so it doesn't say Rubicon on the headrests and has catskins tags on the seats which is the leather manufacturer. I told them that this is not what we agreed to so I am not pleased as i would of just gotten a different vehicle if this is what they would give me. They said they would make it right and again said it would be factory leather and the install company would just have to reorder the correct seats. TWO MONTHS LATER we got the leather replaced. Its still aftermarket leather, i imagine they just mailed it to Chrysler to have the name put on. So it looks OK but pretty easy to tell that it is aftermarket(still is catskins). I also decided i wanted to have the tow package installed. this includes normal tow equipment and also includes an upgraded battery/alternator and auxiliary buttons. The upgrade from the factory is around $800 for them to install it was $1100. I said OK thinking that this is just for labor which is understandable due to the wiring install. Well i pick it up and to my surprise there is no auxiliary switches or upgraded battery/alternator. so half the product and an extra $300 as well. Someone was supposed to call me today to confirm that is all they include but of course not. This dealership has a HUGE communication problem. If i had known any of this before agreeing to it i would of said no thanks. I am done dealing with them, all warranty work needed in the future will be done by someone else. They even provide some oil changes which i don't even want anymore as I'm sure they will find a way to charge me for it or only put in half the oil. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

No communication
