My experience began on a rainy night minutes before normal closing time at 8pm. Armed with the idea I was just looking......at 12:43am I became the proud owner of a new Jeep Wrangler. And if it weren’t for the patience and calming nature of General Washington I would have moved on. I’m very pleased with my purchase but even more so with the willingness and sincerity of General to make this work. As a woman purchasing a car I was more skeptical than the average and I truly appreciate the way he handled the process. It’s so refreshing to have someone like General Washington to make the car buying experience a pleasant one.

I recently purchased a Pre-Owned Ram Truck from Keffer Jeep/Ram. I had a very pleasant experience with General Washington, was the (Sale Rep.). He did a great job of communicating with me prior to my visit to the Lot. Once my wife and I arrived, he was very gracious and kind to us. He show us the truck explain everything about the vehicle in detail and then we test drove the truck. The knowledge and the experience was outstanding.
