Dave Gibbs

Dave Gibbs was extremely helpful in finding the right fit for me. We were relentless until I finally found the right Camry. No hard bargaining. It was a pleasure doing business with Dave at Scott Clark's Toyota City.

Another satisfied customer

We went to check out the possibility of trading cars. David Gibbs helped us find what we were looking for. He did not pressure us into something more expensive than what we were wanting. Our "wish list" was met. We were repeat customers and so glad that David helped us.

Dave Gibbs

Dave Gibbs helped me purchase my first Toyota. Initially, I was searching for a used car but with Dave's help, I was able to get into a new Camry. Everyone at Toyota had my needs and wants at the forefront. Even the financial person was extremely helpful. Everyone was very pleasant. I will certainly go back to Scott Clark's Toyota City.

Recently purchased car

I recently bought a Hyundai Tuscan from Scott Clark's Toyota and David Gibbs was excellent in meeting my needs for a new car. I drove 3 hours to do business with this dealership and with this salesman. I appreciated the honestly, efficiency and professionalism. My "new"used wheels

David Gibbs is the reason I chose Scott Clark to purchase my Highlander. Unlike other salespeople at other dealerships, David did not put pressure on me nor did I feel hounded to settle on a car I did not want. David and I discussed what were the "must-have's" on a Highlander and he checked in with me anytime a car came available that he thought I might like. He did all the legwork and made my shopping experience less stressful. At all times, David was very involved in the whole process. He calls me to make sure I'm still enjoying my Highlander and reminds me to call him if I have questions. I have recommended David to friends who are car shopping. The service people are welcoming and prompt. My next purchase will be through David Gibbs.

Purchase of 2013 Toyota Prius

I purchased my 2013 Toyota Prius through Dave Gibb, Sales Rep, at Scott Clark in Matthews, NC. Dave worked with me to find the exact car I wanted and even found some additional perks like leather heated seats and premium sound system. I would highly recommend Scott Clark and Dave Gibb to anyone looking to find a car.

David Gibbs- excellent CSR

The sales rep for internet sales, David Gibbs, did an excellent job of finding the right vehicle for me at the right time and price. I specifically wanted a Tacoma truck with specific color and package. David found the car in SE database. He had the car shipped to Charlotte at no extra charge. Other dealers in NC and SC couldn't fill the bill. They all have the same access to same database. David Gibbs was honest, straight forward, professional and proficient at what he does. Give David Gibbs a try.

Awesome service from Dave Gibbs

I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Dave Gibbs approximately a year ago. Dave was extremely helpful and I was very comfortable with his sales approach. He gave me honest feedback and found me the exact truck I was looking for. Buying a new car has never been one of my top 1000 things I enjoy but Dave certainly made it pleasant. The next time I buy a vehicle, Scott Clark will be my first stop.

Horrible Experience

We had a horrible experience at your dealership. Friday (January 10th) we came in to your dealership to look at a new Tacoma. We had bought our Prius from Scott Clark Toyota, and had appreciated the experience we had at the time. First, we walked through the showroom and lot vehicles for over 20 minutes without one employee asking if we needed assistance. As we were walking out the door, someone asked if we had been helped. We said no, and because of that we are leaving. He immediately got a salesman over to us. We had looked at a few Tacoma's, but the one in the showroom (an XSP - X model) was the one we decided we wanted,unfortunately it had already been sold. The salesman told us he would email us the specs and any information he could get about it. We're still waiting on that email. Sunday afternoon (January 12th) we happened to be in the area, and since we hadn't received any information yet, decided to stop in. Again, we had to go to the front desk to get help because your staff was too busy watching the Panthers pre-game show to bother coming up to customers walking through the door. When the desk person called over an employee, he told us he couldn't get the specs for us and asked if we could just wait for the salesman we had already talked with to get in touch with us. So went to a competitor they gave us specs, a price, then a second price when we said we were paying cash. We also have had two follow-up calls from your competitor to ask us if there's anything else we need that they can get us. We said yes, a matching Prius. Thank you for your time.
