We traveled from Chicago to New Jersey to pick up our new car last week - they had just what I wanted in stock. Both of our principal contacts at the dealership were everything you could hope for. First, Puneet was our contact for the purchase. He was patient and thorough in explaining the process, and he always replied to my many questions quite promptly. Then once the transaction was completed, Robert sat in the car with me for quite a while explaining how all the bells and whistles work - no small feat in my new 2023 Mercedes 450 cabriolet, since everything is electronic. Like Puneet, his patience with me was exemplary, and he was expert at handling and explaining all the software and controls.

I've been taking our Benzs for service here since 1999 and have never had a bad experience. An honest service department with extremely knowledgeable techs; I won't trust our vehicles with anyone else.
