Had a great service experience!

Had a great service experience! I had gotten a flat in my GT53 and because of the unique tires I needed to replace them as the one tire would not hold air. I called the service department and within a few hours they had tires being delivered, then scheduled me for a first thing Saturday appointment and I was out the door in about an 90 minutes. Kudos to all involved.

Once again Mercedes Benz of Princeton have outdone

Once again Mercedes Benz of Princeton have outdone themselves. This is now my 4th purchase with them. Tom Knobloch is a fantastic Salesman. This time he really went above and beyond in Customer Service by coming to personally pick me up to bring me to the dealership. Robert Lisi is a Technical Genius and has such a great demeanor and way of teaching the mind-blowing technology of the S580. And last but not least Brian McCoy in Service is always there to help when you need it most. Thank You MB Princeton. You have earned all my business!!!
