This was probably the fourth vehicle Doug has assisted me with. Doug's ability to anticipate my needs and preferences makes the vehicle acquisition process so easy. He accommodated all of my requests and answered all of my inquiries. This transaction was a little different as the vehicle was for my elderly parents. Doug's guidance and patience was incredibly helpful. Richard also took plenty of time to carefully and thoroughly demonstrate the vehicles features on delivery.

We've dealt with Doug since 1986. We think it has been at least 7-8 cars. It was a pleasure to deal with Robert today. He had the expertise and patience to review all that we needed to know about our new car. Every question was answered with knowledge and confidence. We know that should there be any additional concerns he will be there to assist us.

The best place (we were at least in 5, in MD, NY, PA and NJ) and Alex is the best manager. What I like the most is he respects customer's time. The only con - he is so interesting person, but we only talked about cars.... He helped us with the purchase and suggested lovely way to get to Princeton. We drove the new car back to MD. Everything was fast and easy. The place has very high business standards and good business atmosphere. My husband and I liked Alex's assistant, Richard Brittingham - a very young man, but already a brilliant professional.
