Mercedes Benz of Princeton made my car buying experience

Mercedes Benz of Princeton made my car buying experience super easy. Dale Cook was knowledgeable and very helpful making my decision to purchase a GLB 250 an easy one! Prior to coming to this dealership I had a far less enjoyable experience at Mercedes Cherry Hill.

This was our first Mercedes purchase and the salesperson

This was our first Mercedes purchase and the salesperson (Alex) made it easy. Answered all our questions, helped us compare models/options, and was very patient with us as first time MB buyers. Overall fabulous experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

This was (I think!

This was (I think!) our 6th Mercedes, all from MB of Princeton. Smooth and professional sales experience with Arno Orsini. This CLE cabriolet is my wife's car and she is VERY particular about her pride and joy and Arno had the patience and knowledge of the product to positively steer her through the process. I was satisfied with pricing which I thought was very fair. Kudos, too, to Robert Lisi who walked us through the huge amount of tech in this new model. Again, professional and very knowledgeable. All in all a very good experience.

The experience was going well until I asked to pay for

The experience was going well until I asked to pay for tax and title outside of the car loan. While it took some time for the paperwork which was fine, Richard tried to convince me that I could pay on the principle of the loan the full amount of the tax and title and interest would not be included. This is false. EVERYTHING that is put into the loan, taxes and the title will have interest rates applied. He just need a little bit more training and he will do fine. He was helpful and polite. The overall experience was great.
