Dale Cook was a pleasure to work with! He was knowledgeable and organized and very prepared for our appointments. We very much appreciated the ease and timeliness of the process. In addition, it was extremely helpful to have Robert's assistance to familiarize us with the car's components and his detailed instruction will go a long way in maximizing the benefits of our new car. We just pricked up our third E Class from this dealer. Over all the staff are friendly and attentive to the customers needs. But what makes good dealerships great are the sales staff. Our salesperson Dale Cook is not only helpful and knowledgeable but the main reason we have purchased our 3 E Classes from this dealership. He listens to what we want and never over sells. He knows his product and is never pushy. He is always there to answer any and all questions. He led us through the process to order our new 2024 sight unseen. Honesty, integrity that's Dale. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was a first-rate professional and I'm so glad I found them! This was the first time I dealt with this dealership. I've used 2 other dealerships over the last 20 years (one near home and one near work) and Princeton blows them both away and I didn't realize what I was missing! I reached out to this dealer after using MB's website to locate a GLE 450e that I wanted to buy. I connected with Dale Cook who made the whole transaction so easy and uncomplicated. He was actually the 3rd dealer I reached out to buy this car but the first one who took the time to call me back and work with me. The car wasn't actually at the dealer yet so Dale let me put a deposit down to hold it. When the car arrived, I drove to get it and Dale had everything ready for me. The whole transaction was quick and easy. Then I spent time with someone who showed me all of the features of the car - it was a little overwhelming but he was very patient. I've had the car for a few weeks now and it is a dream! Thanks to Dale and his professionalism, I am willing to drive there for service even though there are other dealers closer to me.
