Overall the only reason I purchased the car was because

Overall the only reason I purchased the car was because of the price they had it listed for. I just recently purchased a truck from a different dealership and the difference of service was night and day. I would get into the details line item by line item but I don’t feel like going that far into it. Overall I wouldn’t go back to buy a vehicle there.

Absolutely positive experience from start to end.

Absolutely positive experience from start to end. Christian was very helpful and not pushy. Finance department was also amazing and did not try to push extras on us that we did not need. Will definitely be back for future car purchases!

Good service dept but the one thing I have a problem with

Good service dept but the one thing I have a problem with is they adjust the seat then it takes 3 days to get it back we’re comfortable

I’m glad we came here because we found the truck we have

I’m glad we came here because we found the truck we have been looking for. However, the overall experience with our salesman was awful. From the very beginning, he lied about many things. I am very experienced with vehicles and I knew there was an issue with the truck during the test drive. When I addressed this, the salesman told me there aren’t any issues. Later, he came back to tell me that the problem I shared with him was true from the notes on the vehicle. Next, as we were trying to get our payment down to our goal monthly payment, he told me and my wife that there was nothing that could be done to make our goal happen. We had to tell HIM what to do in order for us to get the number we wanted. In the end, we bypassed him and spoke only with the finance guy since our salesman clearly is not knowledgeable about the vehicle or the finance process. The next day the salesman called me to say the truck would be ready in one hour. We got there over an hour later. The truck was not ready. In fact we had to wait at the dealership for over an hour while our salesman kept saying “any minute”. We even offered to come back later to get it. He told us no. Finally, when the truck was pulled around for us, we took it home only to find out the tag was not on the truck and the truck was not filled up with a full tank of gas as promised. Between the lack of knowledge and many lies told from our salesman, we were pretty upset with the experience. While the dealership is good, the salesman was AWFUL! He even had the audacity to ask me after all this we had a 5 star experience. No. We didn’t. Will we recommend the dealership? Yes, but we will also warn people about the salesman here.
