My husband was overseas, and I was out of the country while trying to coordinate the purchase of a car which would be imported... shortly after purchase to another country. Ronnie and Dixie Motors were so helpful and worked with us to coordinate holding and purchasing the vehicle which was a major stress reliever. Not only did they work with us and our unique situation but went above and beyond to start the process for us on the requirement standards for exporting a vehicle. Randy in sales... could not have been more helpful and Ronnie helped me get financing again. These guys are class acts and I’d recommend anyone looking for a great used car to check out the selection at Dixie. You won’t regret it.
We had been looking for a used Van for a 3rd car in Nashville area for a couple of months. We had found most vehicles listed locally were overpriced and... were prepared to travel to buy one, drive it home and still save thousands. We found this Van on Cars.com at Dixie Motors in Nashville and it was exactly what we were looking for in price, year, mileage and even color. Randy, the salesman, responded to my email inquiry on a Sunday and I arranged to go look at it the next morning. I appreciate that he treated me with respect and honesty (especially as a women buying a car). I bought the Van. It needed to be state emission tested which he took it that afternoon. It also needed the side mirror knob replaced under warranty, so he called after we had taken it home and offered to take the Van to the dealership for us. Above and beyond.
Sales staff was not friendly on the phone.I made 2 calls on a car I was interested in and the gentleman was very short on conversation and he never returned... my calls......I would not recommend buying from this dealership!!
Gary, we are very sorry for your bad experience. We were shortstaffed that day, but it is no excuse for him to be short with you and not follow up. ...I believe there was some confusion on his part about the discount that you wanted. He still should have reached out to you and let you know where the deal stood even if we could not discount the car $1500.
Why is this dealership advertising SLTs as Denalis? They have 3 different SLTs that they have listed as Denalis. They call them SLTs in the description... but some people won't pay attention
The car I bought here was a lemon right from the start and there is no way they did not know it. Have had to dump thousands in it and now stuck with it.... They do not sell quality used cars. Buyer beware.

Shopping for a BMW 535i - x-drive over the internet was challenging. I found several for sale, but the condition and mileage was not to my liking. After... finding a 2013 White M-Sport at Dixie Motors, I decided to call and get more info. There was plenty online, but I wanted to interact with someone and 'feel' more confident as this was my first internet purchase. When I contacted the dealership, I interacted with Randy. He came across very friendly and easy-going. I read the reviews about Dixie (and Randy specifically) only to confirm my personal interaction was similar. Randy and I interacted via phone and then text and I decided to leave a deposit with him to hold the car. I purchased a 1-way ticket and Randy picked me up at the airport, had the paperwork ready at the dealership & provided me with a speedy purchase process to get me on my way. After the first week, I found an issue with the display unit. I called the dealership and found that the car sat in the showroom and hadn't been driven - therefore they didn't experience the issue. Randy then worked with me to remotely diagnose and I took it in to my BMW mechanic who confirmed the issue. A week later, Randy had a replacement display unit shipped to me and I had my mechanic install it - and it has worked since. Dixie (and Randy) have confirmed that they are a trusted dealership that you can count on for internet-based purchasing. Thanks a bunch Randy!
