Travis was wonderful to work with. He listened to what I was looking for rather than attempting to sell me something just to sell me something. Because he listened to what I wanted he found me the perfect auto for me. I do not want to leave Jewel out without giving her a big thank you for being so quick to respond to me and get Travis in touch with so quickly. The entire process could not have more flawless and simple because of Travis and Nikki in the finance department. Thanks for having such great people working at Hendrick Toyota. I?ll be back to buy again.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation at 10:45, vehicle wasn?t ready till 3 pm. Used to be able to go in and get that done in under an hour but past 3 times has taken entirely way too long whether dropping off or waiting with vehicle

E. Calderon, drop off appointments are prioritized differently as they should be explained as drop off and pick up hours later versus a waiting appointment. Why does a standard oil change and tire rotation take almost 90 minutes with an appointment? Way too long for a basic service with an appointment
