Had a very exceptional experience with Melisa Hatcher who greeted me at the time of my appointment to have my car serviced. She was extremely friendly and polite. She told me what they were going to do to my car and that it would probably take 30 to 45 minutes. A half hour later she came to tell me my car was ready! She checked me out and I was on my way in my washed, clean car. Melisa deserves much praise for her efficiency and professionalism!! You are very fortunate to have her on your team!
