I purchased a Sonata from Van Horn. I saw on this site that Bryan Christie had multiple good reviews so I specifically asked for him. I am happy to report that Bryan lived up to the hype: he was knowledgeable, friendly, and respected our time when we went in for a test drive. Bryan was also excellent in having no-pressure and candid pricing discussions about the Sonata. No pushy salesman stuff that everyone hates. Just factual details about the price. To top it off, I made things complicated by purchasing the vehicle remotely, without going back into the store directly. Despite this, Bryan was superb in his communications and very patient with me when I wanted more detail or information about how to do this process. Finally, Van Horn delivered the vehicle to my driveway for no extra charge. Everyone throughout this process was a delight, even the finance guy, Tyler, who deserves his own shoutout. If you're reading this review, you know what I mean - finance guys can sometimes be a different breed - but Tyler respected my answers and was consistently polite. My market research shows that I got this car at a good price. I made the process complicated, and yet I ended up with a great experience because the folks here wanted my business and put in the work to make it happen. I can see why this dealership lives up to its high rating.

Thought I was treated very fairly . Salesman Sean Fitzgerald was great with helping me locate the vehicle that I wanted . He was very personable and easy to work with . He took plenty of time to go through all of the options and controls of the vehicle after the sale . Tyler Wuest the financial manager worked hard to help set up the loan and I felt that he really listened to me and explained the warranty and my options . They have an excellent staff there and I will surly recommend Van Horn Hyundai to my family and friends . It was a very pleasant experience compared to other dealerships that I have worked with in the past .

I am certain Van Horn Hyundai of Fon Du Lac wouldn’t hire just anyone onto their sales team, and that anyone you work with would be fantastic, but Sean really is the guy to see! He was personable and truly made my time there SO MUCH FUN! It felt as relaxed and upbeat as buying a car from a long-time friend. Tyler on the finance side of the process never made me feel pressured and did what he could to ensure I walked out of there totally satisfied with my deal. Eric, the GM, was so friendly and I appreciated that he greeted me and remembered me when right away when I returned to finalize everything. I will be referring all friends and colleagues to this location, and recommending Sean, for as long as forever!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac and their entire team!! I had my heart set on a specific Jeep located in Stoughton, but couldn’t make it there in time—and the Fond du Lac team stepped in and made it happen. They arranged to bring the vehicle up so I didn’t have to make a 2.5 hour drive… and here’s the kicker—they had nothing to gain from my purchase. This Jeep had to go through a Jeep dealership, meaning they were simply acting as the middleman… yet you would have thought I was buying a brand new Ferrari from them with how I was treated!! Dave went above and beyond in a way you just don’t see anymore. He stayed late on his day off and even came back after picking his wife up from the airport just to make sure the last few minutes of my deal were handled and that I was taken care of. That level of dedication is unreal. Brian stepped in seamlessly while Dave was out and was just as friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The whole team truly works together and it shows. And Brad and Tyler in finance—WOW. They were honest, educational, and genuinely had my best interest in mind. No pressure, no gimmicks, no pushing unnecessary add-ons—just real, transparent advice on what made sense for me. That alone is rare and so appreciated. To top it all off, I had my dog with me and they treated him like part of the family—love, hugs, treats… the whole experience just felt comfortable, fun, and stress-free from start to finish. I honestly wish I could buy a new vehicle every week just to work with this team again 😂 10/10 recommend Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac to ANYONE looking for a vehicle.
