Audi and Porsche are issuing recalls over the threat of fire with high-voltage batteries for two electric vehicle nameplates.

The 2024 Audi E-Tron GT lineup is mostly unchanged, receiving standard LEDs and laser lights, standard speed-sensitive power steering and standard LED interior lighting.

A software issue resulting in a blank rearview display has prompted a recall of more than 173,000 Audi and Bentley vehicles.

Here are the new EVs going on sale for the 2022 model year. There may be some slippage in terms of availability, with some models even falling back to the 2023 model year if timing backs up.

The 2022 Audi E-Tron GT resembles the concept revealed at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show, retaining its forebear’s sleek silhouette, huge wheels, dynamic face and muscular proportions.
