Hyundai is recalling more than 51,500 Tucson SUVs equipped with an optional tow hitch wiring harness over an issue that may lead to a fire.

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and Consumer Reports have released their annual list of recommended vehicles for teens, and the 2024 list offers more safety for less, as used- and new-car prices stabilize.

The 2022 Tucson’s XRT trim adds rugged exterior styling bits, but, despite Hyundai touting its “go-anywhere attitude,” the package doesn’t translate to any added off-road capabilities.
