For the 2025 model year, Mercedes has rolled out the AMG E53 Hybrid, which generates 577 hp — or 604 hp with the optional Race Start function.

With up to 39 inches of screens inside, the redesigned 2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is the techiest version yet — which might not appeal to the traditional Benz buyer.

The electric half of the E53 Hybrid’s powertrain gains a more powerful electric motor and a larger battery pack for electric-only operation, as well as total output of up to 604 horsepower.

While the exterior of the redesigned 2024 E-Class benefits from a light touch-up, most of the changes are inside, where a new electronic architecture most obviously manifests in Mercedes’ new digital dashboard.

Mercedes-Benz has unveiled several in-car tech upgrades, including a generative AI-powered virtual assistant and a new Sound Drive audio experience that will be rolling out to its new vehicles soon.

The latest recall is an expansion of a June recall that affected some 143,000 vehicles.

Having recently unveiled the redesigned 2024 E-Class sedan, Mercedes-Benz has now pulled the wraps off the E-Class station wagon, which will be sold in the U.S. exclusively in the All-Terrain trim.

Mercedes-Benz is recalling more than 143,000 of its model-year 2021-23 vehicles over an issue that could cause a loss of drive power.

Mercedes-Benz has not yet released pricing for the 2024 E-Class lineup, but shoppers can expect the model to go on sale later this year.
