We like the Toyota Crown Signia better than the Crown for its increased rear headroom and cargo space, but the Crown’s superior fuel economy, lower price and wider trim range make it a solid choice, too.

After boosting standard luxury content and adding a Nightshade trim level to the Crown family for 2025, Toyota is making no changes to its tall five-seat hatchback for 2026.
