Great little car, all sorts of options for an awesome price, handles great and quick car with the 1.6l turbo engine. Comfortable seats, lacks a little room in the back seat for car seats.

Sporty and inexpensive

This car is economical and fun to drive. The only regret I have is I took a 2 year lease instead of a 4 year lease

Most reliable car & a great Value for money

I purchased new 2017 Hyundai Elantra value edition which comes with all bells and whistles. Its amazing to have all latest features without shelling out tons of money. Its Avg is amazing as it gives 35 MPG in city and upto 54MPG on highways. I have to sell this as am moving else would have loved to have it for years .

Such a blast of a car/kid hauler!

My Elantra is the Sport model with a manual transmission. It has the 1.6 liter turbocharged engine. Mine is the base package and not the premium. I have owned the car for about a year now and it's been a trouble free and extremely enjoyable experience. I purchased it because I wanted a more enjoyable car to drive that also had enough room for our toddler as well as one more. The pros for the car are reverse facing seats behind the passenger still allow plenty or room for the person sitting in front which is a huge plus. There is a lot of room in this car considering it's size. Heated seats, keyless entry and start, Android Auto/Apple Carplay, hands free trunk opening, HID headlights and LED rear lights are awesome standard features for a non premium model in the lineup. It's a sporty ride but still comfortable enough for road trips. The car is an absolute blast to throw around and autocrosses quite well as well! Shifting is nice and smooth - Hyundai put a great manual transmission in this car. I paid substantially less than the MSRP which makes it incredible value for money. I've owned the car a year and it hasn't had a single trip to the dealership for issues. It's been completely flawless. The only con I have is that the interior build quality isn't up to Honda terms. There are a lot of hard plastics in places where you'd expect there not to be. It's holding together, but it can definitely come across as cheap. I worry about how it'll hold up in the long run. Overall this car has surpassed all expectations I had. It's a very enjoyable car both to drive and to handle dad duties in. Add in that it was priced more in line with a base Honda Civic than it was a Civic Si and there is a ton of bank for the buck in this car. I couldn't be happier.

Nice car to drive

I test drove this car and it was very nice. Plenty of power to quickly accelerate. Nice AC. Smooth driving and less road noise then the Honda Accord I chose to go with instead. Ultimately I had a hard time choosing between the two and went with the Accord for the leather heated seats.

A CAR WITH NO WORKING RADIO

In general the car is good transportation. My gripe is it has the worst radio that I have ever had in any car. It has little to no range on AM and spotty on FM. It is so cheap that Hyundai service could not add a booster I bought and provided because the radio has no auxiliary nor other method to attach an after market booster. My used 1935 Ford Phaeton (CIRCA 1952) had a better radio. No satisfaction offered except buy the SiriusXM offer that does not carry local stations. NEVER EXPECTED NOR SAW THIS HAPPENING IN 2108

Pleasantly Suprised

I was very hestitate to purchase a Hyundai. I had previously owed a Toyota Corolla. After I totaled my Toyota, my husband begged me to look at the Elantra. I actually took the car home for a day. The Elantra Limited has more room and is a much smoother ride. It handles well. It has a ton of options that the Toyota did not offer. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase of the Elantra.
