2019 Kia Sorento consumer reviews

My Sorento does almost everything I could ask for. Strong pickup and comfort. Drove a Chevy Traverse and it wasn't any where near as good of a drive.

I bought a 40,000 Sorrento... top of the line. It is 3 years old and the dealership has had it for almost a week to replace the computer which was supposed to take 1 hour to fix. To top it off the dealerships are horrible...take much longer than they say and they never call to give you an update. DON’T BUY A KIA!!!!

It’s even better than I imagined. We have so much room now and I feel safer driving it especially in bad weather. It’s the best vehicle I’ve ever bought

This car met all my needs,It has the room and comfort like a vehicle should have.I had a 2013 kia sorento and upgraded to a brand new one.Never owned a new car in my life.Purchasing this was a good idea.Very roomy for the family and have all the bells and whistles to it.The best I've seen so far.My family loves it.This will be the first time in snow with the car and can't wait to see how it handles it.

We think it’s a very good reliable car and very economical. It is very stylish has nice lines and it has a roomy interior and plenty of leg space in the back seats.

Best features, reliability and warranty for the price. Interior styling is great. Only wish they would eliminate the cheap plastic surfaces from the dash and console because they scratch so easily

The vehicle handles so good and I love the larger back up camera. Love the ease of using Apple connectivity. Increased leg room in the second row is great.

This SUV is perfect, there is plenty of leg room, seats are so comfortable. I love the color Pearl White. There are 3 rows of seating which is a big help. It is very smooth while driving as well.

I owned a 2005 Hyundai Azera previously. It gave me great service and reliability, so I decided to try the Kia Sorento (same company). I took it out for a test drive and liked it very much, and purchased the ex model. Only had it for a month, but so far, both my wife and I love it. I purchased it from Crowley Kia, they gave me a great deal, the warranty is outstanding for these vehicles, so again, time will tell.

Good value vehicle. Not as fancy as some competitors but for the price you cant beat it for occassional 3rd row family hauler. Lots of standard features in 2019 model. Was looking for a new one but struggled to get Kia dealerships straight talk answers on new car pricing so I went with slightly used at a non Kia dealer and it worked out well.
