The Rogue rides rougher, noisier and less power than the 2013 Altima. I would reccomend the Rogue but disliked the engine noise due to a lack of power.

Another Nissan good value

The 2018 Nissan Rogue SV is my 3rd Nissan product. I have 1100 miles on it so far and love it. I test drove and researched cars for 6 months before deciding on the Rogue. This includes BMW, Audi, Mazda, Ford, Mercedes, Acura, and yes, Honda CRV to name a few. I really didn't expect to like the Rogue due to the car reviews (car and driver, motor trend, etc). BMW, Audi and Mercedes, while nice, have nothing on this Rogue, especially at twice the price! If you're cruising at 90 mph and want to get on it, then maybe a BMW or Audi is for you. This 2.5 ltr engine is all I need and I don't find it under powered at all like all the reviews claim. I test drove this car and within a couple of miles I knew it was the one. This feature rich, well priced little SUV is perfect and fun to drive. The Apple Carplay and the voice recognition is excellent. The blind spot monitoring is the best I've seen. The indicator light is located on a plastic piece just inside the window and is highly visible, unlike all the other's I test drove that have the indicator light on the mirrors. Just way more visible. I also love the cloth seats in the SV. It's one of the main reasons I didn't go with the SL. I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this car. I'm getting 27 mpg around town. The best I have had on the freeway is about 30.5 mpg. Looks like the 33 advertised is a bit overstated. The Rogue may not be for everyone, but I suggest you at least include it on your list to try.

Would never buy one

Rental company gave us one while our vehicle was in the shop. It was a 2018 with less than 30,000 miles on it. Uncomfortable seating. Hard to close the door because the pull handle is up near the hinges which makes the dynamics wrong, and there is no other way to pull the door shut. You can feel every little ripple in the road. Even with the radio on you can hear a constant growl from the road noise. My 2004 Honda rides way better than this one. Even our full size pickup truck rides better.

Reliable!

Awesome and I definitely plan to purchase one from Round Rock, TX. The new controls were about overpowering. Other wise all was great. Thanks! What more can I say about a terrific new car?

Very well appointed for this price point

We needed a car for our high school student and a 3rd car for weekend use. The Nissan was a cost effective choice and with the additional safety options, it made our choice easy. We like the fact that it has collision avoidance and automatic braking in addition to distronic cruise control with the Pro Pilot option. The CV transmission has been improved and does not cause the engine to race when accelerating. Great second or third car!

Fun car to drive.

I like the care so far, tons of space, and tech items. Comfortable and nice looking. Having controls on the steering wheel is awesome. All the details and packages were on target.

My first SUV, Happy with it!

Sufficient equipment for my needs. Steering and handling a thing of beauty. No more cluttered trunks to contend with, but plenty of storage space and comfortable room for rear seat passengers.
