Horrible and costly experience

After several months of experiencing a strong gas odor and being told by both the dealership and Nissan Corporation that it could not be fixed, we traded it in. Our Rogue only had 12k miles on it. What a horrible and costly experience.

Horrendous gas smell.

The gas smell is they are doing nothing about is real folks. So bad the car can’t sit in my garage or it gases up my whole house. And the dealers just tell you there isn’t anything they can do. Pretty sure the people who made this car me who are telling us to just deal with it would park it in their garage either, much less drive this abomination. I’ll never buy another Nissan or Infiniti again and will be happy to tell everyone I know why.

Nissan rouge is a terrible car. Buy different car

Not worth the money. Bad investment. No power. Hard to ride in it for more than a couple hours. Pearl white is also a bad choice

Terrible performance.

Nissan offers 28 MPG and the reality is 18 MPG in the city. Too bad!!!! After two months driving my new Rogue, I got 16 MPG and 18 MPG in the first two times I loaded fuel. This is far from the performance offered and far from the value obtained by EPA (28 MPG).

This Car combines Quality with a Quiet Ride

I have had this car for two months now. During that time, I have taken two 6-1/2 hour road trips, as well as, using the car in city traffic. This car has been very comfortable for each of these driving situations. I have been especially pleased with the fit and finish of the car as there is absolutely no leakage from the windows and little road noise. The fuel economy has been good and the passing power has been more than adequate.

THIS CAR STINKS

There is a strong gas odor no resolution. This is not healthy & is not ok! It’s coming from under the drivers side hood. Recirculating the air doesn’t help / opening the passengers rear window in the cold weather then blasting the heat combined with the hot gas smell doesn’t help.

DEFECTIVE, and Nissan can't figure out why

Started having strong gasoline odor at 1100 miles. Nissan dealer cannot figure out the issue. Make a Google search for "nissan rogue gasoline smell" and see all the people reporting this issue, with no progress from Nissan in over three months. From Nissan Consumer Affairs: "On some Model Year 2022 and newer Nissan Rogue vehicles equipped with 3-cylinder engine, an odor of gasoline may be noticed in and/or around the vehicle , despite no Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL), or Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTCs) recorded, or evidence of fuel leak. We understand your concern that your vehicle may exhibit this odor. Nissan is currently investigating this issue when there are no problems found - for example, the odor you are detecting may be due to winter blended fuel purchased beginning as early as September." Seems like a weak excuse, since none of the other millions of vehicles using winter-blended fuel smell like raw gasoline.
