My second Toyota. Still own my first and it is 15.

Have only owned it for a week. Love the comfortable drive, the space, cameras. So far nothing I do not like. There is not one add on that I am sorry I installed.

GPS voice directions not correct

No voice when first started. The only way to hear the voice is to start the engine, let it run for a less than a minute, turn it off, then restart... then the voice part of the GPS will be good to go. They have known about this for months, keep saying this is a new problem with just a few Limited versions, and keep saying the fix is one the way. ?? I asked if the tell this to new potential buyers - guess what the answer is. Why spend the money for an upgraded model where the GPS voice does not work correctly and no one at Toyota seems to be in rush to get it fixed.

Huge problem with the Navigation system

If I had known that the Platinum model's navigation system was so flawed I would never have purchases that model. You can't get the voice assist to work, and there is CURRENTLY NO FIX. This is unaccepatble to me, because I drive alot in my work and need this feature to work. This is a safety issue for me. Other than that, it is a wonderful vehicle.

Here's to your problem on the Nav system and voice

To get the Nav system to talk you can put your address in hit go turn car off and restart and it will work or you can push the sos button and when it rings hit it again to stop it and it should work. I have dealt with this from the beginning Oct 2018 dealer said Toyota has no fix for it yet still waiting.

2019 Highlander Platinum

We traded in our RAV 4 for the new Highlander We opted for all the bells and whistles with the Platinum. However major issues with the Etune! The navigation system won’t talk and give step by step instructions. We have only owned for a month and have reached out to Toyota and to the dealership. All claim no one else is having an issue. And neither have no idea how to fix it! Purchased at Allen Toyota Gulfport MS
