This vehicle by far has exceeded my expectations

I was looking for an LE Plus because I did not want the extras that the XLE had at a $2500 upcharge. The dealer made such a good offer with the rebate, just was too good to pass up. This car far exceeds my expectations of what luxury is at a lower cost

great car but navigation system is disappointing

We really like the car but I don't believe I should have to rely on my phone and google maps for navigation because the car's navigation system is unreliable; have had short lived results with assistance from three different Toyota dealerships. Even if it is working, it seems to be inaccurate, and may tell me to take a turn as I'm passing that street. I expected more/better from Toyota, and this Highlander; I hope Toyota can correct this soon.

2019 Highlander is Awesome!

Have owned this for all of 5 days but I have no complaints and do not foresee any coming up. The Highlander Limited is all that we expected and more!!!

This is my second Highlander and my fourth Toyota.

I love the Highlander. It has the drivability of a car with the extra space for transporting stuff! I can seat six comfortably with gear.

Navigation Voice Does Not Work!!

I do NOT recommend it! I tell it to call someone and it calls someone else. Example, I may tell it to call John and it calls Bob!

Most reliable car I've ever owned.

I picked the xle with black leather interior and oh la la rouge mica exterior. I've received so many compliments on this color. I love everything about my Highlander. It is such a smooth, quiet ride.

Most comfortable car I have driven

I am very impressed with handilng, performance and comfort. The interior and design of the controls and accessories are very impressive. I would compaire this highlander to many of the top luxory SUV's I'm sold on Toyota from here on.

Disappointing features

Design of cruise control from the 1980’s. Every other car maker has it on the wheel where it belongs. Making adjustments to driver assistance not intuitive. Poor visibility out the rear. Overall, difficult to drive.
