Huge Improvement for Recent Model Years

This vehicle is a huge improvement over the previous generations of Acura MDX, which I have owned all of. The 2014+ MDX is completely based on a new platform, is more fuel efficient, and is much better thought out in terms of interior comfort, features, and use of space. The previous generation had barely any storage options for passengers, whereas this vehicle has ample storage for various items. The handling and transmission response are also well improved. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Reliable and confortable

For families who need three rows of seats but want an upscale vehicle with sporty driving dynamics , the Acura MDX is a very good choice. A long list of standard features comes with The Acura MDX and is a reliable vehicle.

My first SUV

This vehicle is beautiful. I love the total styling of it. The technology is great and very user friendly. This is my first SUV and I didn't really know what to expect from it. Surprisingly it drives and feels much like my car, which is saying a lot. I love, love, love it!

Great looking car with a great function

At first, I was torn between Acura preowned car 2014 and a Honda Pilot 2016. I heard Honda Pilot has more leg room and head room for the 3rd row...but we have 2 young kids who wouldn't mind sitting in the tighter 3rd row at all. It's just that Acura looks so much better, Luxurious and fancier than Honda Pilot. I love it got a rear view camera, blind spot warning, Navigation, skylight, automatic 2 driver set up.

Major improvements to the 2014 model

Acura moved the backup camera from the rear view mirror (which was strange) to a separate screen on the dashboard console for 2014. Less button clutter and generally better ergonomics on the inside. Its quiet, comfy, roomy and the engine purrs like a kitten. The only drawback is the exterior styling which could use a more defined outline instead of a vanilla look that looks like all the other SUVs cross overs in this category. I have owned quite a few cars, SUVs, luxury sedans, hybrids. This fits my needs for a place to put my bag of tools and supplies in the back for renovating houses.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed. I own a RL and I expected something similar to it when I test drove the MDX but it doesn't drive as well and the performance didn't come close. Maybe, I expected to much.

Luxury car, smooth ride, big enough for family

This vehicle is loaded with upgrades. It is big enough for the entire family, and classy enough for business use.

My first luxury car

The outside has a sporty design, luxury design in the inside, comfortable and quite ride, quick acceleration, features like voice command, and touch screen, heated seats, etc. Acura MDX is like an SUV and a Van all in one

third acura, hope it's as good as the others

Great to drive except the nannies don't like narrow country roads. Plenty of room, and very comfortable. Better mileage than the RDX we traded.
