Nothing Like my 2008 Acura RL

It isn't hard to imagine why the 2012 Acura RL failed to sell. For whatever reasons, compared to the 2008 RL I own, the 2012 RL I recently bought has a questionable transmission and just lacks an imposing appearance. The look is as blah as could be without just being a slab of sheet metal. Perhaps Blah means there is a lower possibility of the car being stolen. Hopefully, it'll be respectably reliable, even if not like the bulletproof 2008 RL.

BEst car I've ever purchased

I have owned several cars in my life, from Toyota to Chevy and from Mazda to Mercedes. My Acura is by far the most reliable, beautiful and easiest to own and operate car in my life. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase an RL and see for themself!

It just keeps getting better and better

I have owned Honda's since 1972, two cylinder coupe. civic, civic cvc, then just released 1977 accord first new car bought for $6000. then 4 door accords, then in 05 RL , drove night and day different than the TL at the time. Got lucky on a low mileage used in 06. could not afford the new ones off lot. 05 was loaded, nav, wood, spoiler, etc. drove it for 10 years. then wife was forced off road and totaled it. She is safe. started shopping for version before all wheel drive with ACC, adaptive cruise control on the advanced model. took me 7 months to find one close in my state of North Carolina. 2012 RL , Awesome car with all the bells and whistles. Bluetooth stream music from your phone. cooled front seats. mirror retract. rear view camera, and sensors. ACC is awesome. I drove from charlotte to Atlanta and hardly touched the pedals. no stress. getting older now. If you can find one, buy it. Super reliability. I would have kept my other 05 that still looks new and still getting compliments after 10 years, but oh well, wrecked.

Stealthy & Understated

Buller-proof old world craftsmanship combined into near perfection. Somewhat dated infotainment technology belies the reliability. Champagne at a draft beer price. Exudes quality and value, never ostentatious like the Germans, Americans or Koreans, it flies under the radar which enabled me to get a bargain

Great vehicle!

Comfortable, reliable, beautiful interior appointments. Biggest critiques have been exterior styling and lack of V-8 option. Neither criticisms matter if you're looking for all the advantages this fine car offers.

Best car I have ever owned out of 12

Car handles well driving on mountain roads. Interior has plenty of room for four people to ride in comfort.
