Fun, Sporty small SUV

This vehicle is outfitted with a Start/Stop feature that takes some getting used to! Beyond that so far so good!!

Decent Compact SUV

Nice-looking small SUV but it's not ideal for a driver who is accustomed to performance. The small engine has slow pickup and seems labored. However, it's probably great for a teen or senior driver. Not ideal for commuting. People compliment the styling almost daily, so it's definitely eye-catching. Also, don't rely on the electronic fuel estimate for miles to empty. Always err on the side of actually having less fuel than reported on the screen. Lower fuel economy than expected but this could be largely due to the terrible traffic in my area.

Most comfortable car I've owned - 2016 Encore

What a wonderful big little car! It has so many extra features that come standard I feel like I'm driving a luxury car! I've only had the 2016 Encore for a few weeks, so I hope the five stars I gave it for reliability holds true. There is ONE drawback: Because of the higher position of the receptacle to the gas tank, I have to hold the gas pump the entire time I am filling the car. Otherwise, this subcompact SUV (seems larger than that to me) is perfect.

Overheating Engine ? NEW car - Only 2000 miles

After only 2000 miles an overheating engine light appeared on the dashboard. Far from what I hoped to be. The only answer from customer support is "The car is under warranty. This may happen to any car". I would like to receive my money back or at least a new car. I bought a new car to have a new car experience, not a refurbished one. Even after the repair will be finalized (has been already 2 weeks. The dealer appears to wait for some more parts), I will drive with stress and anxiety, afraid for my family safety. Such an ordeal and disappointment.

Nice little SUV for the money

I was in the market for a new car. We came across a leftover 2016 Buick Encore at a local dealer. After a test drive we decided to buy. The ride was good and noise level was quiet. The only downfall was the interior space. The passenger seat does not come with an armrest - so the driver has to share at times. Also the sifter is below the area of the armrest, so if sharing it makes shifting rough.

Love my "Carmelina"

My SUV is a 2016 Buick Encore. I named her Carmelina for her lovely carmel color. She is perfect for me, a senior lady who depends on a very reliable vehicle. She is great on gas, another plus for someone on a limited income. I can not imagine driving any other car but a Buick!

Nice small SUV

This is a nice SUV for a city driver because it maneuvers well and parking is easy, due to the small size. The horsepower is light but if you're used to a four cylinder, you should be fine. If you prefer a spark off the line, it's not for you.
