Worst car EVER!

I own 2016 encore and had always wanted one. Well I don’t want another. I bought it from dealer in 2017. I have put over 3000.00 between sensors, valve cover, oil cooler, flex pipe, tire pressure sensor, it had multiple codes for misfires, I know some stuff is stuff I would expect, but I haven’t gotten out of the dealership for less than 400.00 each time..the worst one was for 1600.00 ..I’m a working person and live paycheck to paycheck..almost paid off and when it is it’s gone!

Waste of money

Getting this car was the worst mistake I ever made. I have only had this car a year and I have had to make 4 separate repairs to it already, now the car is having electrical issues I would never recommend this car to any one

Highway cruiser

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

Love my Encore - everything I expected and more

I really like how it drives and rides. I knew I was getting a 4 cyl turbo, more for mileage than performance and it isn't even bad at performance. I have liked this body style since it came out. Mine specifically has the river rock metal flake paint. Making it a bit unique in my area. I had an uncle when I was younger that love Buick for the ride. It doesn't disappoint. For a very small SUV it rides very smooth and quiet. Mine is pretty much a base model without AWD, but that's fine as I have a winter beater. The stereo system sounds great even if it isn't the premium sound an upgraded model may have. Don't buy it thinking that you're going to set a 0-60 record. Buy it knowing that the turbo 4 cyl is for fuel economy and a decent take off. I'm more impressed owning it now than I thought I would be.

Very good car

This car is easy to drive. But needs more trunk space. Needs more USB plugs. Needs a constant power USB plug. Needs a touch screen and a place to put your phone when it is charging.

Overall, worst car i have ever owned.

this car rides smooth and has ample space inside for driver and riders, for a small vehicle. However, there has been SO many problems with the motor and electrical... it has been like buying two cars, considering the cost for the repairs. the specialized parts that fit this car are very expensive -- its 2 to 3 times the cost of the same part in other cars. look up some parts for this car, like an alternator, water pump, valve covers and gaskets... then look up the same parts for another car and you will see. I'm an Uber driver so when my car is in the garage for repairs, I loose money each day and still have to come up with money to pay for the expensive repairs. It was a mistake buying this and I would hate to sell it or even trade it in and think about someone else getting stuck with a money sucking car like this. Between the COVID Pandemic cruising my income possibilities, winter storms destroying income possibilities, and MULTIPLE repairs needed, I think I could have earned about the same amount of money by selling blood at the blood bank. Buick should compensate car owners that suffer from income loss due to their poor products.

It's a nice car

Car looks brand new and was well taken care of by the origional owner. Has 54,000 miles on it but appears to be mechanically sound.
