Fun to drive, with all wheel drive

It's fun to drive. It reminds me a lot of my '69 Triumph Spitfire in the overall 'feel' in control and ride. It's very sports car like. I chose the AWD (all wheel drive) model because it does NOT have the 'stop/start system. The stop/start system will kill the starter, and battery much sooner than a 'normal' system, and they would need to be replaced way too soon. My last car lasted 15 years, because I follow the GM manual requirements. The engine compartment is well layed out, so if an owner repair was necessary- I can get to all the parts easily. I like the sound of the 4 cylinder engine (and the gas mileage). It has a fast enough pick-up, when I try to pass, even though it is carrying the extra weight of AWD. I hope to keep it as long as the last car I owned. ( I checked with recalls, and complaints, on the government website before I purchased it. The ONLY major problems reported were on the Encores with the stupid 'Stop/Start' feature, that cannot be turned off on Encores. The AWD Encore doesn't have that 'feature'.)

Very comfortable to drive. Good Highway miles.

Vehicle has good leg room, very comfortable seats. We really like the back up camera. Very nice looking vehicle. Handles well on mountain roads and turns.

Nice Ride

So far, I am very impressed with this vehicle. It's comfortable, sporty, handles the road well and has all the options I'll ever need. Looking forward to taking it on a cross country tour in 2020.

I love my Encore

Very much needed in Michigan weather. I am enjoying the space and feel much more comfortable in the larger vehicle as opposed to a compact car. It’s just my size!

I love my Encore

Great car for comfort and economy. I love how easy it is to step in and out. Good ground clearance. Feels like a larger SUV but small and fun to drive.

I really just bought mine today.

I never considered a Buick when car shopping, but saw the Encore at Carmax in Knoxville and was taken by the look of the car! Very appealing. Mine has the leather package, navigation system, OnStar heated seats etc.

The best sized car

I absolutely loved my Buick Encore. It was perfect for parking because of it’s size. We only traded up because it didn’t have a power lift gate and I’m really short.
