  • Nice Little Car

I've only had the car for a week, but gets great gas mileage. If you can believe the mileage on the dash I'm getting 38.8 mpg. It isn't a speed demon but has good pickup for a 4 cyl car. I do notice hesitation when shifting into drive but it I attribute that to lack of power. It does fine getting me where I need to go.

  • Don't buy this vehicle, it has too many issues

This is an ongoing problem with my 2015 Chevy Spark where transmission won't pass over 35 mph without hesitation when it warms up. It has been repaired 3 times and then it star hesitation again.

Awesome car if your on a tight budget, not very roomy, don’t plan on racing at the Indy 500 with this car, gets me where I need to go, that’s it.

  • Good city car!

Lost this car after hitting a deer a week ago, but she lasted a good 2 years (it was at 50k miles before the accident). Did very well in the city, but struggled when it came to going uphill on the freeway (would stay at 60mph even if gas was slammed) and accelerating with the AC on in the summer (engine air filter problems). If it weren't for the fact I look to go out of town more often, I would get another one. It also made wind noises if the back windows were open at high way speeds. Surprisingly big on the inside for a tiny car, but it's still small.

  • Purchased new in the fall of 2014

This car has exceeded my expectations. I purchased it new in the fall of 2014, I have the manual transmission. I would not purchase this car personally in the automatic transmission version. Have had to replace the battery and do repair work on the hoses connecting the antifreeze container, that's it. Easy to navigate, I can park where others can't with ease. Exterior still looks new. One complaint would be the interior seat material, hard to clean. It is not a great car in heavy wind and rain. Kinda scarey. My Spark is still going strong at 82,000 miles.

  • Getting ready for 3rd transmission

Getting ready for the 3rd transmission. Bought the vehicle brand new & then needed new transmission at 65k miles. Now car has 115k and needs a 3rd transmission which of course the 2nd transmission is out of warranty. This vehicle was for for commuting so no stop & go traffic. Any vehicle transmission should get over 50k miles on it. 3rd transmission and they want to charge $3800 to replace! Will not recommend this vehicle.
