Beautiful, comfortable, and an engineering nightm

We have a Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible. The car is beautiful to look at and comfortable to sit in, but it handles like a large boat. The car is much too oversized for the interior compartment. The Mechanism for the hardtop convertible makes it incredibly back heavy and the negates the front wheel drive characteristics of good handling. The windows squeak when you put them up or down. They have been greased numerous times over the life of the car but after about three or four months the squeak is back.

I would give it more but for the navigation radio

I have owned three of these Chrysler 200 s convertibles..the most recent one a hard top convertible with all the options. It is comfortable riding, ideal for cruising and, at least this one, has gotten as much as 31 mpg on the highway. It is a gorgeous car on the outside, and there as not so many on the road, so it holds some exclusivity. What I don't like is the re-curing, known issue concerning the 430n navigation radio that has comments all over the web, and that while Chrysler has been aware of for 4 years now, refuses to do anything about it. The garmin sourced navigation gets to the point at which it will not load the maps and then it never loads them again. This can happen 5 years down the road, or 6 months in. I have 13k miles on my car and hardly use the navigation and yet, it went out. Chrysler devalues their brand and this car by refusing to take care of issues that it knows are common failures and defects and just let's it's customers flail with $1500 bills for a new radio. There are other known issues with this car that are well documented online and on Chrysler forums that they also seem to be unwilling to do anything about or to improve the product over the years to take care of. Too bad..because this car is worlds better than what is out there now to compete.

So far best car i have ever had.

I haven't had a newer car since 2008. I was driving a very unreliable vehicle. I have always loved and wanted a Chrysler 200. It is wonderful.

Great car for a mid-sized Sedan

This car is great on gas, maneuvers well, handles well in all weather and roomy enough for 4 people that it's designed for. Looks sporty/classy both inside and out. The only drawback on this vehicle is that it's a 4 Cylinder, and I prefer the 6 Cylinder -- However, it does have good overdrive when you push on the gas to get you onto the freeway, etc. properly.

Great little car that drives well

We loved our Chrysler 200, it was reliable and easy to drive and had plenty of punch. Fuel economy was great and we loved the interior design.

Nice Style, Lot's of Room

Although I have not owned the car very long. The car performs well and shows well. For a Mid size car it meets my needs.
