At little over 110 k miles car start having all kinds of problems.... dimmed head lights that no one know how to fix . The engine hesitate at 28 mph , park sensor went out ,abs module went out , traction went out ...and more xxxx that I have already fixed

I love all the room for grandchildren.

This car meets all my needs. I have six grandchildren, so now I can take them all at one time. I love the DVD player and all the USB outlets. I’m so happy with my decision.

Love it so far!

Just bought this car a few days ago, so far it’s everything we were looking for! There’s not really any bells or whistles, but I enjoy simplicity.

Looks amazing, but soooo many problems

Before we bought our 2017 Pacifica, we owned a Town and Country. We bought it used with about 50,000 miles and the issues started almost right away and they were all major issues. Wipers and horn would sound repeatedly even after the battery was disconnected. Dash board electronics would work when they wanted to The worst was the power steering locking up WHILE driving it with my 2 kids in the car. Had it in the shop SEVERAL times and they could never tell me what was wrong with it or how to fix it. It was to dangerous to drive so we had to get rid of it. Sold it for a Camry, which I LOVE Toyotas, but we needed more room. My husband convinced me to test drive another Chrysler because they look amazing, and the features are top amazing for the price tag and blow Toyota and Honda out of the water...but that's where it ends. The reliability of this vehicle is horrible. My husband convinced me to buy a 2017 with under 50,000 miles. I insisted on an extended warranty based on my first experience with a Chrysler product, and thank God I did. Less than a year after buying it we had it in the shop with....electrical issues. Some sensor or hose causing issues. Replaced it, and it still wasn't fixed. Took almost a month in and out of the mechanic to figure out the problem. Now, more issues. It will die right after being started. Shifts really hard going from first to second. Sometimes when I put it in reverse it will die or stutter and refuses to drive then finally dies. Waiting to get it in to the shop once again. These vehicles are extremely unreliable which sucks because they look so nice and the stow and go features are amazing. I would be more apt to recommend it if they were little issues that didn't put me and my family in danger, but these issues are major and take a ton of money to fix...that's IF they can figure out what's actually wrong with it! So frustrating. I gave it 2 chances and NEVER AGAIN WILL I OWN ANOTHER CHRYSLER PRODUCT!!

Great van!

The Pacifica is great. We've owned a Town & Country for years and made the decision to go with the Pacifica after a great experience with the T&C. We test drove multiple Pacificas and were very happy with the one we decided on. Looking forward to many years of reliability and comfort.

Great ride and a lot of room for the kids and family. Love the features and all of the automated breaking system. Great performance as well. Love the Pacifica!
