Smooth ride and beautiful interior
This car has so much leg room. The power doors are so nice and the interior feels expensive and luxe. We love this for our small family and can fit everything with almost no effort for any family vacation. We even travelled to New York with 4 adults and a toddler and it was a fantastic vacation made possible because of this van. We LOVE it!

Best Chrysler minivan ever.
I've been driving Chrysler minivans since the 1980's. This is by far, the best one yet. From comfort, to driving experience, to the sound system, this one stands out.

Most accommodating minivan!
First minivan we owe and we love it! Great styling, excellent interior design and the Stow & Go seats are exceptional. This van is the top of the line. It drives excellent and is very user friendly. It has plenty of room and is a beautiful design. I look forward to driving it for many years to come.

Most reliable
purchased a used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport with a lot of options and under 15k miles. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch. I am used to a V-6 AWD vehicle, so it has taken some time getting used to the slower acceleration in normal or ECO mode. In Sport mode, the acceleration is good. I really like the looks of this car. It just stinks you have to go to the Sport or Limited model to get dark interiors, but I'll deal with it.

Chrysler Finally Hits One Out Of The Park
I've owned 3 Chrysler minivans but this one is amazing. I've always stuck with Chrysler because of the stow-n-go feature but Honda and Toyota had Chrysler beat in every other category. That is finally no longer true. The Pacifica is the best minivan on the road today and has been for three years.

Too Many Quality Problems
On paper this vehicle puts the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna to shame but that is where it ends. We have needed to take the van into the dealership at least a dozen times for warranty work and recalls. Warranty-paint peeling on the hood, side doors opening/closing malfunctions, battery replacements for the main battery and auxiliary battery related to the start stop system, hard shifts in transmission, radio/audio issues. Recalls-11 recalls so far for computer reflash and other small issues. Who has time to go to the dealership every two months for issues? A couple of times we had to drive a loaner vehicle for a few days. This is the main family vehicle and we need it to be reliable. After 31,000 miles we traded it for a Toyota Sienna. We just can’t afford to fix all of the issues mentioned above on our dime when the warranty runs out. The start stop battery and main battery would have been over $400 to fix out of warranty and there is no guarantee it won’t happen every two years. It is a shame. The van handles and rides like a dream and the styling is top notch and the engine is very powerful. The sound system is awesome. Unfortunately these attributes don’t get you home reliably every day.

Nicest car I've had.
This car is roomy, rides like a dream, handles well, and the back up camera is a real plus for me!! Not a great "backing up" girl. It is keyless and very modern with all kinds of wonderful helpful features.

So far so good! We love it!
This car came with all the bells and whistles and we love every one of them. Still learning on what this can offers us. The kids really like the van as well. Drives great and looks great!
