2017 Chrysler Pacifica consumer reviews

I purchased my Pacifica new when they first were introduced. So many things I wanted to live about it! Searched all over to find all of the bells and whistles that I wanted before making two separate trips to a dealership 2 1/2 hours away from my home to purchase. Worst new car experience EVER! I had to call roadside assistance more times on this car than all of the other cars I owned in my life combined! Serviced numerous times for mechanical issues! Many times they could not find the problem so I would have to keep calling roadside assistance! Shopping cart at the local grocery store hit the rear hatch at 7,000 miles causing over 800 worth of damage! I just took a loss and sold it to a dealership. It had a tire that kept going flat and extensive rust bubbling under the paint on the hood...the van had 25,000 miles on it!!!! I paid $50,000 for a Limited edition with every option available. I would have had a more reliable vehicle buying a few thousand dollar hoopty on FB marketplace!

Returned to Dealer for numerous recalls. Each time I complain about road noise. I rotated the tires before 10,000 miles and have replaced 2 tires before 20,000. Now have 24,000 miles on it. Road and wind noise are getting worse. Difficult for driver and 2nd or 3rd row passengers to communicate.

Great car. Excellent fuel economy. The stow and go is a great feature. It is very versatile for passengers and cargo. It is comfortable and quiet.

This is our first minivan for our new family of four and it is perfect for us. The kids Sit Farenuff apart and their car seats that the two-year-old isn’t going to hit the newborn in the head with a shoe easily. There is enough walking room in between the car seats in the front driver and passenger seats that my two-year-old can walk to the other side so I can get her out when I get her sister out. The van runs smoothly and has had no problem on the snow. We got the eighth passenger option and I have not taken the sea out yet but I have been told that it only weighs 20 pounds two left out which is awesome and for an adult to sit in between two car seats in the middle row there is more than enough room there and there is an option to put another car seat there also.

I was impressed with the style and design of the Pacifica right from the beginning. I have owned many Chrysler made minivans including Plymouth Voyagers, Dodge Grand Caravans And Chrysler Town and Country. The Pacifica is by far the best I have owned.

This minivan has exceeded my expectations for a vehicle such as this. I absolutely love the style and design and of course the way it handles. I have the Chrysler Pacifica Limited edition. It has more bells and whistles than I can mention. Very comfortable seating and very easy to get my two young (4 and 2 y.o.) children in and out of the vehicle. If you are hesitant to look into a minivan to accommodate your families needs then I highly recommend taking a look at the Pacifica.

Incredible machine. Loved it and highly recommend it. Has all the comfort, options, configurability from hauling 7 to hauling 4 X 8 sheets of plywood. Comfort and safety features can't be beat. Can park itself! Surround camera system has kept me from bumping into hidden things while parking. Amazing.

We are LOVING it!! It has SO MANY neat features! I love pushing a button and the seats go down in the floor (stow and go)! AMAZING! I love the Adaptive cruise control and it even PARKS FOR ME!! Love it!! It drives quiet and smooth and has some serious pick up if needed! It's definitely not your typical mini-van! Of course, it goes with me....not your typical Mom!! If you want an exceptional vehicle this is the one to buy!

Love the bells and whistles of our 2017 Pacifica. Love the space and comfort. The room and also the styling makes this car worth the price.

We just purchased a used 2017 Pacifica 2 days ago. So far it is going good. The only thing missing is USB ports in the 2nd and 3rd row seats. Other than that we love the Van!
