Definitely not worth the money

I have owned this car for 2 years. I bought it brand new and I have had nothing but problems with it since the day I owned it. I have never had a car in the shop so much. I'm really disappointed! I wouldn't recommend this car, way too many mechanical problems. In fact I want to get rid of it because its caused so many problems. And Chrysler couldn't care any less in my opinion

Best Van in Market.

It has met and exceeded my expectations. I know that with all the types of Vans available the Pacifica is surely the best. It always seems to perform outstanding. Very, very satisfied.

Reliable & roomy in back for moving or travel

Bought the minivan new in 2018 and drove from NY to FL and back without a problem. The fold down seats in the back and extra storage underneath were great for moving our things from NY to Pittsburgh.

Worst car I’ve ever owned

So much wrong with it not sure where to start but it loses RPMs randomly, engines goes from silent to sounding like a cut off V8 to about to blow up. Wiper fluid hoses were missing when we bought it. Trim fell off driver side when you open the side door. Has spent over 4 weeks total in the shop in less than 6 months of owning it. Interior is on point tho and very convenient still not worth the under the hood problems.

Good car with many issues.

I was thrilled with my Pacifica for the first 2 years, but then the problems began. I just clocked 30k and this is a list of issues I have. 1) driver side auto window doesn't work. Rolls up halfway and goes back down, only way to get window up is by holding. 2) driver's side automatic sliding door occasionally just stops working for a few hours before regaining life. 3) blind spot monitor has stopped working in the past and then starts working again 4) back up camera stops working from time to time. Have to restart engine to get it back 5) engine shut of once at 15k whilst waiting to make a right hand turn. I Had to shift to park and drive again. That's all I can remember for now... I'm reading the great reviews from people who have had this car for 2 weeks and feel that people should know the long term ownership.. Don't think I'll be leasing a Chrysler again

Great, but comes with NO SPARE TIRE!

NO SPARE TIRE, as well as NO place to store after market one purchased. My previous Town and Country stores underneath and this vehicle doesn't have the space allotted. For safety reasons, I will never purchase again. I'm carting a spare, in back storage taking valuable space normally used for groceries, etc.

You get what you pay for.

I gave our 2017 Pacifica Touring L plus all five stars except for reliability. We’ve only owned it a month and a half now and don’t know how reliable it will be for us. Other than that this vehicle is exactly what we wanted The price was high for the rest of it other brands we were looking at but for the features you get at that price you really do get what you pay for if you want a loaded full Van with all the features you want and some you don’t want but realize you need Our van is the one that filled all of our requirements and more.

Most pleasing new car purchase ever.

The improvements i have found over all others i have owned is remarkable. Gas mileage averages 29.6 for an 8-passenger Van. seating is extremely comfortable, silent ride, great sound and easily operated electronics. The later is in comparison to my 2015 Honda CRV.

Unbelievably Great

My wife and I love this vehicle!!! It rides so smooth and the options on the vehicle are second to none. I cannot believe we were able to get this vehicle with so little miles on it.
