2019 Chrysler Pacifica consumer reviews

I have owned Chrysler vehicles for years. I traded my town and country for the Pacifica. I can honestly say I will never buy another Chrysler again. I’ve had it in 17 times for transmission problems and just about the same amount of times for my Uconnect. All the dealership wants to do is update it instead of fixing the problem. I’ve asked them to go for a ride with me so I can show them what my transmission is doing and they won’t even do that they’re that lazy. So far two people that were interested in the Pacifica That I let drive my van both decided they didn’t want anything to do with the Pacifica and they went with the Toyota sienna and they are very happy. One of the people owns a Chrysler 300 and a town and country and after driving my Pacifica said he would not buy one.

Vehicle has excellent features Seats folding flat into floor are great for being able to load wheelchair without folding into space of one second row seat leaving room gor 4 passengers riding in comfort

This van is the top of the line. It drives excellent and is very user friendly. It has plenty of room and is a beautiful design. I look forward to driving it for many years to come.

I wouldn’t suggest getting a Chrysler Pacific! I loved mine at first and thought it was going to be a lifetime vehicle! I have had mine a year and one week and the last two weeks I have only drove it for three days and the rest of the time it has been in the shop for multiple reasons. One being issues with the transmission will post a video and if you listen closely you will hear it knocking and slipping. The other is the start and stop light continues to come on and the only thing they will do it clear it. I literally got it back yesterday and it went straight back this morning. They cleared it once again and my husband went to leave not even out of the parking lot and it was back on. Plus they have to fix a lot of recalls and had to order another part for the axe because it is busted they said. My radio screen glitches or just turns off completely for two min and comes back on. The doors don’t operate right, you press the button to close it, it closes but opens back up without anything being pressed! It has 14,000 miles on it and the rate it is going it will never last 100,000. Just in the last two weeks we have four tickets for transmission, and 3 for the light.

Purchased 2019 touring plus, was able to get all the safety and hi tec features without buying the top of the line model. On our first trip(1750 miles) averaged 31 mpg. At 75 I have owned all types of vehicles, this is the best i've ever owned, period !

Great car to drive - flexible for people and transporting items. This car holds five car seats comfortably - great for taking the grandkids and the blind spot feature even allows us short drivers to feel safe

We have owned several Dodge and Chrysler vans over the years. We love our new Pacifica. It very stylish and dependable. Our entire family loves road trips in our new Pacifica.

I have been looking for a vehicle comparable to my other vehicle and this one was perfect, I love the large Navigation screen, and the comfort, plus it looks great

This new 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited is awesome! Unbelievably quite, cannot hear any road noise. Excellent performance! Could not have chosen a better car for our needs!

plenty of legroom also easy to stow back seats. love the back up camera. very happy the back windows opens on both sides. great car.
